The apartment is ideal for those wanting an economical way to stay for an extended period of time on St. Thomas. Retirees, business travelers, or those relocating to the island will find the turn-key property ideal. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Fully-furnished, including a fully-equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry.
Super Hospitality. The home was exactly as represented. The view from the balcony was beyond our expectations. The view of the city and the harbor, with the coming and going of cruise ships, sea planes, Water Island, and Hassel Island were incredible.
Don't forget your binoculars!
Diana and Sam were so nice and their guidance and suggestions were very helpful. The sunset cruise with Cloud9 out of St. John's should not be missed. The Pirates Penny Charter to the Virgin Gorda Baths, was stunning.
Both were recommended by Diana.
The amenities provided by Diana, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels, were used almost daily.
The unit is very welcoming and fresh air and sunshine abound. The view from the deck is breathtaking and many hours have been spent watching all the activity in the harbor, including Cruise ships coming and going and the seaplanes landing and taking off. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. The beds are extremely comfortable and this year we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful new master bathroom. The grounds are well maintained and someone is always working in the garden or doing regular maintenance to the houses. Sam and Diana are friendly and pleasant and respond to all your needs while providing you the appropriate privacy you might desire. Believe me you won't be disappointed.
The pictures on-line of this place just can't do it justice. Spacious living, beautiful views of the harbor, cruise ships and Frenchtown. Beautiful manicured landscaping. High enough up the mountain side where the breezes keep it cool. Minutes to downtown or up and over the hill to north side. Innkeepers Sam and Dianna where so easy to talk to and helpful with any questions you might have. Five star rating!!!!
Estate Solberg is a quiet neighborhood high above Charlotte Amalie Harbor providing an easy commute to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, downtown, the University, businesses and government agencies, and also to the east end via skyline drive.
