E’ stato un weekend speciale, anche per il piacere di rifugiarmi nella sua casa, un angolo di casa mia. Complimenti per la cura di ogni dettaglio e per essere riuscita a farmi sentire uno di voi.
This getaway was perfect for my husband and I. The property was clean and also tastefully decorated. The B&B was centrally located with the coliseum to the southeast and the Vatican to the northwest. We never needed to take a cab or train once at the B&B we were able to walk to all the important sites. The owner is very easy to communicate with and also very helpful. We definitely will return to this amazing city and this fantastic B&B.
Olivella will greet you at the door and supply you with all the information you need to enjoy your stay. The accommodation is central for walking to all things. Good restaurants are close. She even supplies converter plugs and can hook you up with cab service to and from the airport. Breakfast vouchers are supplied for a local cafe. The apartment is very clean and on a 4 days stay we got maid service on the third day. You can't miss with this one.
The apartment is the perfect base for sightseeing with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance and a choice of buses on the doorstep for those further afield.
It is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with antique furniture and pictures, and the owner, who is charming and welcoming, has thought of everything. Nothing is too much trouble. There is plenty of local information.
Breakfast vouchers are given for breakfast in a local cafe. The apartment is like a little bit of home in Rome and we would not would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone wishing to spend a few days in Rome.
We enjoyed our stay is this elegant suite in the heart of Rome. Olivella, our charming hostess and owner was accommodating and helpful. The suite is perfect for the sightseeing travelers who want comfortable accommodations at the end of a busy day of sight seeing.
Olivella's attention to detail provides a book of directions, instructions, restaurant suggestions, converter plugs, coffee and tea as well as a connection to a great cab service to the airport!
We stayed here for four nights, and felt fortunate to have found this lovely apartment. It is beautifully decorated, quiet, and clean. We appreciated the little touches like umbrellas, guide books , CDs and DVDs, the tea kettle in the room. The included breakfast at a local cafe was great. You are literally in the middle of everything in Rome. It's just a few minutes walk to Campo Fiore, Piazza Navona, the Vatican and the Colosseum. There is a bus stop and a taxi stand very near, and a grocery store, great restaurants, and a wash and dry nearby. We loved wandering down the little streets right across Victor Emmanuele Blvd.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Olivella right away. Her lovely apartment was clean and very comfortable. Having WiFi access was really great. It allowed us to keep in touch with family back in the states. We were also thankful for the air conditioning since it was very hot in July. The location of the apartment was everything we had hoped for. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We walked to Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori Market (literally right down the street). We also walked to the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We had an early tour of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel so we took a cab there in the morning. It was even closer than the Colosseum so walked home from both places. So much to see in Rome. We also walked to a lovely park just beyond the Spanish steps. So many great cafes everywhere! Olivella had maps and guide books available to us in the apartment that were a great help in finding our way around this ancient city. Breakfast at a local cafe was included and such a nice bonus! Olivella was the perfect host and available to us right next door if we needed her. 4 days was not enough!
