It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Playstation PS3, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in a very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

This 1st floor within a secure gated community, served by an elevator, has intercom with buzzer for secure entry. The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our high quality coffee machine. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

The two bedrooms are facing a peaceful street, no noise guaranteed, complete silence.

The en-suite master bedroom with its own bathroom hosts a KING-SIZE bed fitted with comfortable mattress, down pillows, and bedding. Blackout curtains will ensure a peaceful nights rest. The guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has also it access to a modern bathroom.

Fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps are provided.

LOCATION:

The apartment is exceptionally located near Holland Park and Notting Hill where you might spend Saturday exploring the eclectic and bustling Portobello Road Market. Or maybe you will race to Westfield (UK's biggest mall) where you ll be able to browse luxury brands such as Mulberry, Burberry. You'll find restaurants and cafes alongside the boutiques, or investigate the back streets of Shepherd's Bush for some of the city's best gastropubs.

Wonderful green spaces nearby this flat such as Holland Park with its famous Japanese garden or London’s famous green spaces, Hyde Park is just a 15min walk. Here you can ride horses, hire rowing boats on the Serpentine Lake and enjoy views of Kensington Palace which hosts Princess Kate and Prince William.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

If you fancy some exercise you can enjoy the well equipped and varied westway sports centre with climbing, tennis, football, fives, basketball, netball, cricket nets and a gym; it is only a 12min walk from our flat.

Why Bob chose England

This entire 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen has a unique furnishings and decor. Absolutely silent, yet at the heart of central London.

Close to London's financial, moments away from St Paul's cathedral, next to Spitalfields market with its arts and media centre, this area is one of the most interesting one in London. You get a sense of being in the capital city when you st look up at the sky scrapers westards. When you walk out of the front door to the street you are immediately surrounded by a mix of buildings of Contemporary, Modern buildings and British Victorian architecture. This contrasting mix is a consistent theme in London through it's music, arts, language, food, architecture and people.

Walk to many of London’s key attractions. St Paul's Cathedral, Hoxton, Brick Lane, and Shoreditch are literally on the door-step, where you’ll find art galleries, museums, boutique shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and markets. The Tate Modern, London Dungeon, The Museum of London and the Design museum are within walking distance. Both the heart of London’s financial district and the art and media centers are within minutes of the apartment.

C'est la deuxieme fois que nous revenons a Londres. On adore. L'emplacement au coeur de Londres est extra. On peut faire quasiment tout à pied : resto, musées, St Paul's, Leicester square...Cela peut être un peu bruyant mais etant au coeur de la ville c'est normal. Une fois ds l'appartement on entend presque plus rien.

2 belles grandes chambres avec 2 salles de bains avec tout ce qu' il faut

Autres plus: la maison est très bien équipée (thé, sucre, café, gel douche, biscuit, pastilles lave-vaisselle) et tres bien decoree et le staff super

En un mot c'est une très bonne location. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Great location/Awsome flat

The location of the holland park flat was amazing for a young familly. Very quiet area, safe and easy to travel around. The flat was perfect for the 5 of us. Walking distance to Nothing Hill Area and Westfield mall was very Nice. Communication with Bob was easy!

Great location & very comfortable

6 of us girlfriends enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. 5 of us were over 50 and then the 27 year old daughter came too! The location was only a couple of blocks away from the Tube station and therefore close to anything you want to see in London. We loved seeing the Tower of London nearly every day of our travels. I would strongly recommend that you do one of the London Walks - www.walks.com - it's a great way to learn some London history from fun tour guides.

Great layout, size, amenities and location

This is a nice property in Zone 1 at the very edge of up and coming East London. Direct access to the Circle Line tube from Aldgate (a 5-7 min walk) which hits all of central and tourist-focused London. A 3-5 minute walk to Aldgate for the District Line. From Heathrow save yourself money and catch the Picadilly Line to South Kensington station, change to the Circle line and get off at Aldgate and walk. Very easy.

The flat itself is above a wonderful and popular bar/restaurant called The Culpeper. There is no AC - but lots of fans and as long as it's not super warm you should be fine. Expect bar noise most evenings which means if windows are open you will hear it - plus the occasional sound of bottles being tossed into the commercial bins by restaurant workers. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. My family and I had windows open (summer and temps around 20-22) and used ear plugs as needed. Honestly, you are in a city environment so I don't find this a negative but rather to be expected. Sirens occasionally come by as well.

There are grocery (Sainsburys and Tesco) within 5 min walks and a wonderful breakfast spot called Trade two minutes away. The apartment has two bedrooms with large beds that can hold two each plus a sleeper sofa for 1 (maybe 2). Good and well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo (don't overload and we couldn't get the dryer only option to work but it washed and dried somewhat and the fans did the rest). Bob the owner/manager is good at responding and the documentation he sends is very thorough with answer to most questions. We felt the price great for all the space and would stay again - perfect for s family of four or five or two couples.

We had a great time in London

We had a lovely stay at Bob's flat, the room was spacious, great shower and comfy bed. The flat is only 10 min walk from the tube, great location. Bob's team was very welcoming, and always responded to messages quickly. Highly recommended!

Great new renovated apartment with perfect location close to public transportation and pubs.Good service, clean and easy transportation to and from city and Heathrow. One large L-shape sofa bed and a high quality air matress made it a comfortable stay for our family of 8.

If you cancel one month prior your arrival we ll refund you 50% of your booking. If you cancel less than 10 days prior your arrival there is no refund. However we are very flexible,and try to help our guests as much as we can.
