This spacious and comfortable apartment is located in Lapad, on the first floor of the residential building whose residents are quite and friendly. It is 65 sqm, fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilette, a separate toilet, spacious living room with dinning area and an open kitchen. A beautiful mosaic bar and a mosaic wall, as well as other art pieces is what makes this apartment warm and unique.

This is a perfect apartment for the group of four whether you come as two couples or four individuals. For the families with small children we do provide a baby cot. This particular part of Dubrovnik is well known for the extensive number of restaurants around. There is a very vivacious pedestrian walkway nearby full of restaurants that will suit all your gastronomic demands. You can enjoy romantic dinner, have a nice glass of local wine and experience one of the most beautiful sunsets on the Adriatic Coast. All of this you can do after having spent all day on the vast variety of the beaches in Lapad Bay. Just 100 meters away you can rent a sailboat or indulge yourself on the Three Islands Cruise organised on the old boats with live music and seafood. In a very close vicinity you'll find the biggest cineplex in Dubrovnik to enjoy some movie night. Every morning there is a local market with home grown vegetables and fresh fish if you want to prepare your Croatian feast by yourself.

Everything you need during your stay in Dubrovnik is in the vicinity of the apartment: a shopping centre, a bakery, a supermarket, gift shops, a bank, a post office, a bus station, a taxi station, tennis courts and a pharmacy. Parking is available both in front and in the back of the apartment.

Excellent location and spotless well fitted out Apartment

Rather than stay in the crowded and bustling Old Town we chose the suburb of Lapad which enabled us to walk very easily to abundant local restaurants and the excellent local beach but also gave us easy access to the Old Town by regular local bus with the stop 50 metres from the Apartment . Taxis also very easy to obtain from stance in the street . There was a small shopping centre with cafes and an excellent supermarket very well stocked with fresh produce immediately opposite the apartment . The apartment itself was just what we required being spacious very well maintained and with an excellently kitted out kitchen . Our son was very impressed with the speed of the internet connection which was included in the price as was the air conditioning and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here .Nika always communicated expeditiously and nothing was too much trouble either in the initial booking process or when we were actually there . Highly recommend .

Excellent apartment and location

The overall holiday was superb and spot on for a couple like us. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities that we needed during our stay. The description on the website precisely described the accomodation. The owner Nika offered to replace bedsheets and towels for us, but as there was a washing machine in the apartment we didn't take up her offer.

The location was ideal for us. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport (Cost 280 Kuna - about £33) and in very much a tourist area with plenty of bars, cafe's and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The beach is an easy 10 minute stroll away, is pebbly and is great for swimming The old town of Dubrovnik is a 5 minute taxi ride or 40 minute stroll away. The taxi cost was 70 kuna (about £8) with the taxi rank right outside the flat.

There is a large supermarket in the shopping centre opposite the apartment and a bakery across the road.

We rented a car during our stay from Millenium car rental in Lapad at a pretty good price, and parked at the back of the apartment at no cost.

Very minor issues that some people may not like are that the apartment is in a residential block - not a tourist development; the entrance to the block doesn't give the best first impression with graffiti on the walls; and the apartment is on the main road which can be busy at times. The apartment is on the first floor up a flight of stairs so isn't suitable for anyone requiring disabled access.

Nika couldn't have been more helpful and was always available if we needed any advice via email and phone.

All in all I would have no problems recommending this to anyone.

Great Location, is exactly how it looks in the pic

Firstly Nika was very quick in responding to the initial booking and any queries I had which made everything run smoother.

Got to the apartment and have to say from the outside I was a bit worried, but don't let it put you off. Apartment is really lovely...spacious, clean, modern and actually a great location. Bakery across the road, along with cafes, supermarket, taxi stand, bus stop...everything you need. It is literally a 5-15 min walk to some of the beaches and close to the pedestrian area with several bars and restaurants.

If I were to return to Dubrovnik I would definitely stay here again, Its about 3 miles to Old Town which is an easy walk, a 15 kruna bus ride or a 10 euro taxi ride.

Perfect Apartment. Central Location!

My partner and I found this property on and booked it for 3 months. The apartment is in a great location, situated right in Lapad. It's a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Dubrovnik, across the road you have a supermarket, cafes and some great shopping. The apartment is extremely comfortable with 2 bedrooms and heating during winter or for those cool nights. The kitchen has everything you need and ideal for cooking. We also work from home and the internet was VERY fast. The old town is 6 minutes by bus and the bus stop is just outside the front door. Or 25 minutes by foot if you are feeling fit!

Nika the owner was more than helpful and was only ever a phone call away when we needed something. I would highly recommend booking and staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Spacious, Comfortable and Convenient

Location was great. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Fully airconditioned it was a very comfortable base for our holiday. Supermarket, bus stop and taxi rank was just across the street and allowed for quick and easy access into the beautiful historic city of Dubrovnik.

Great variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Apartment is highly recommended.

Our stay in Dubrovnik

We had a most marvellous stay in the lovely apartment. The location and nearby facilities, (proximity to the beach and restaurants,and supermarket, short bus ride to the Old Town) were superb. The flat description was accurate and well-equiped. The owner was very helpful and we would certainly recormmend the property to friends or relatives. Dubrovnik and Croatia deserve their reputation and we had an enjoyable holiday. Nearby Montenegro and Mostar were great to visit too. Our grateful thanks to the owner.

This completely new apartment offers home comforts in the most desirable location in Dubrovnik, surrounded by cypress and pine trees, only a minute walk from beaches, bars and restaurants.

The location of the apartment is in a Dubrovnik residential and tourist area called Lapad bay and just 100 meters from the apartment there is beautiful tree-lined pedestrian alley with green areas,bars and restaurants,which leads to the beach.The alley continues to the walking zone along the sea.

Tthe Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or taxi. (30 min on foot).

Apart from the Old Town, visitors should take boat rides to Lokrum island, Cavtat and Elaffiti islands. Another must is the national park island Mljet, and for garden lovers, Arboretum in Trsteno.

In the very close proximity there are various boat hire and diving clubs and visitors can hire cars to explore Dubrovnik`s coastal area and nearby cities. Worthwhile mentioning is the shopping centre situated 50 metres from the apartment.
