The roof deck can be used for relaxing, retreat and spending time with family. Wonderful location for walking, biking, rollerblading, jugging, kayaking that Alki has to offer! Water Taxi is across the street that will take you to Downtown Seattle in 8 minutes.

The main living space is 2568 SF with 180 degree spectacular view in Alki beach, Puget Sound, Olympic Mountain and Downtown Seattle, arranged in an open floor plan with tall ceilings. glass window from floor to the ceiling, comfortable couch and love seat with 3 large chairs in the living room provide a cozy space to curl up and read, work on a laptop, watch TV, or enjoy the gas fireplace. The dining room has a large glass table that sits 12-16 people with the 180 degree view of Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. Grand piano adds an elegant to this beautiful luxurious penthouse. If you like mesmerizing

This home is truly memorable. The views did I mention the VIEWS...it's what you work for. The home is charming and comfortable. Joseph met us at the house and was kind spirited and very helpful.

The minor downfall is there is no cable television as of my stay...he did mention that I was suppose to be relaxing. If you are looking fir quality this home is it.

Amazing views and very spaceous condo

We just stayed for 3 nights and it is all about the view and location. Nice condo. Parking under building which is great.

Roof top is awesome. Plenty of space. We will stay again.

Fantastic View!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were very accommodating and provided us with a lovely fruit plate. They said to call night or day with any issues. It is a very large condo with a rooftop deck. The view was beyond amazing and my sons enjoyed playing the baby grand piano, which was perfectly tuned. The condo is on the harbor side, about 2.5 miles from the unit to the end of Alki. Since my teenage boys are obsessed with Pokemon Go, they didn't mind walking 5 miles every night as they said they were catching a lot of Pokemon. The unit comes with a parking stall so it was nice to catch the water taxi across the street to downtown. It is a 10 minute ride, which is much faster than driving. I would stay here again.

Spectaculiar Views, Condo and Location!

What an amazing treat to walk into this exceptionally beautiful condo – and then see the entire Seattle skyline across the harbor waters - through the floor to ceiling windows! It was incredibly relaxing to come back to this after venturing to the busyness of downtown Seattle. The roof top was incredible; we had a blast up there! Across the street is a paved trail that runs along the harbor – tons of places to eat, beach and small town feel. Can take the ferry across and we also used UBER . We were a family of 6 and had 3 adult kids in the 2nd BR, one on the sofa. The condo is beyond spacious and we cooked and enjoyed Fathers Day breakfast in the gourmet kitchen. The owners were very gracious and did whatever they could to help meet our needs. (There is also a masseuse on the first floor.)

Beautiful

Just stayed at this place. Pics don't do justice - spectacular views from the rooms. High scelings and huge windows. Walking distance to ferry and Salty's restaurant.

We provide two bicycles for our guests during their stay. Although we don't provide any water sports or rentals, there are kayak, bike, and paddle board rentals down at the beach in the Summer time and down at the water taxi station (across the street).

The penthouse is located in West Seattle that offers one of the few destination beaches on Puget Sound. Alki Beach has a two and a half mile long pedestrian walkway, and in the summer is populated by beach volleyball players, sun worshipers, and beachcombers. Damage Deposit. This deposit will be accounted for and refunded (less allowable deductions) within 15 days of your departure. All or part of the Damage Deposit may be withheld to cover missing items, excess cleaning, repairs, additional occupancy, re-keying of locks, damage done by parties, sanitizing charges due to smoking or having pets while in the house, or any damage resultant of violations of any Rental Policies. Regardless, Guest promises to reimburse the Owner all damages to Owner’s property caused by Guest, including those in excess of the Damage Deposit. Guest shall also be responsible to Owner for attorney fees and other costs necessary to collect for such damages.

Change of Dates. Requests will be considered based on property availability. Nights may be added or removed from your reservation up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation without penalty. Within 30 days of the first day of your reservation: additional nights may be added at the same Nightly Rate used to calculate the original Rent Amount; cancelled nights will be refunded at 50% of the Nightly Rate; if the number of cancelled nights places your total reservation at less than the required minimum stay for the reserved season, the Rent Amount will be calculated as the Nightly Rate for the required minimum stay.

Cancellations/Non-availability of Property. Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. Your Rent Payment will be refunded less handling charge equal to 10% of the Rent Amount. For reservations cancelled within 30 days of the first day of your reservation, 50% of the Rent Amount will be forfeited. If you do not arrive to check in during your rental period, you will not receive a refund. In the event that the Owner is unable to deliver the property reserved under this agreement because of fire, eminent domain, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, Guest hereby agrees that Owner’s sole
