Any location within a 5 minute walk from the Snowflake Lift, Main St., and the pool/hot tub complex will have very tight parking restrictions. All 2 bedroom Sundowner units have parking on-site for only one car. We email you detailed free shuttle instructions and departure times from the only lot in Breck where you can park overnight ($5/night, kiosk in lot)
You have a free pass to the Upper Village Pool-Tub complex 5 minute walk away to soak in the hot tubs or swim! PLEASE NOTE: The Upper Village Pool is CLOSED Mid-April to Memorial Day, then again from the end of September till the ski hill opens

This condo located at Sundowners II is conveniently located. Across the street is the shuttle that takes you to the snowflake lift and Beaver Run Base 9. Walk down the block 2 blocks and you are on Main Street where all the shops and lots of restaurants are located. The unit we had sleeps 8 comfortably. Clean and comfortable. When I needed extra blankets and hangers, they were prompt and courteous! enjoying our stay!
Gave a 4 star rating because I would not classify this condo as a premier unit.
Enjoyed my time here at the Sundowner II. The location is in right off 4 o'clock road in between the Snowflake lift and Main Street, so it was easy to get rental equipment and get to slopes. The walk to the ski lift was slight uphill, but it really is only about a 3-5min trek. We didn't try to wait for the bus since you can walk faster. Getting to Main St was easy though, puts you right in the middle of the shops/restaurants/bars. It was also nice that the hot tub was right outside our door on the first floor. Would not mind staying here again. Room is nothing extravagant, but has all amenities needed for a good time. I chose this place for closeness to action.
My wife, my 2 daughters, and 3 nieces all managed to stay here. The unit is bigger than I expected and was laid out well. The ski locker right outside the front door was a life saver. We had issues with the humidifiers and they came and replaced them the same day. Location was great, a 3 minute walk to the pool/hot tub house, 1 block to the liquor store and Christy Sports, across the street from the shuttle stop. You could walk to the Snowflake lift but it's uphill about 2 blocks so that all depends on your level of fitness and motivation. You can pretty much ski-in but you need to scout where you need to turn off of 4 O'clock run ahead of time or you end up down on the Park Ave shuttle stop (about 1.5 blocks away).
Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was warm, even though the temps were sub-zero every morning. It was well appointed for an older complex (kitchen and baths are updated), spacious, comfortable and convenient. The below grade heated parking is nice but it is a little tight so if you are driving a larger vehicle make sure you are spatially aware.
The owners/management were very responsive and i would definitely stay here again. We'd even consider buying if one ever came up for sale.
Without getting into every last detail let's just get right down to the facts:
- Location can not be any more perfect. 2 to 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and to the heart of downtown
- Accommodations, spacious and clean. Pictures do not do justice.
- Staff, informative, quick to address questions and provide helpful information within unit.
A must stay.

Location, location, location. We love the Sundowner location, you can't get much closer to Main St and all the activities. Bike rental, river walk, gondola are all steps away. The condo was clean, large family room, underground parking, and comfortable beds. Great stay and we would love to come back!

Also near many of our Breckenridge vacation rentals is a pervasive network of historic mining trails that offer fabulous chances to explore the valley on a mountain bike, a dog sled, snowmobile, cross-country skis, snowshoes or by foot. Other year-round activities include fishing, museum and historical sites tours, hot air balloon rides and mine tours. You can get private, guided tours on virtually any activity imaginable!
During a summer stay at our Breckenridge cabin rentals, climb a nearby 14er (14,000+ foot mountain) at Quandary Peak. Bike rental shops will point you to the paved bike path along the Blue River stretching for miles of scenic beauty on the way to Frisco. From Frisco you can bike to Keystone, around Lake Dillon and even to Vail Pass.
