My wife and I've lived in Raleigh since the 70's. We think it's a great city and we'd like to share it with others. We enjoy traveling also. As soon as my wife retired last April, we took off to Europe for a month. We plan to go again this Spring. We have been involved in real estate and rentals for many years. Renting through Homeaway, gives us an opportunity to have more personal contact with people.
Robert Hellwig purchased this townhome in 1990
This is a spacious, comfortable townhouse that is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to most things that people are in Raleigh for.
All you need are your clothes, toiletries and groceries.
Had a wonderful mini vacation at the rental. Everything you could ever need was provided. (even down to the shampoo!!) Owner was very easy to work with and very accomodating. Will definitely stay again.
I was very pleased with my stay. Home was clean and spacious for our needs. It was truly a home away from home.
The property is very well kept. Very clean! It is nestled in a very quiet enclave but has many conveniences within walking distance. It was great for my family.
Robert Hellwig is super nice. We didn't meet but he checked in with various items and was very responsive from request to book to checkout.
I highly recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the area.
This neat-as-a-pin townhouse was perfect for us, a group of three old friends meeting up in Raleigh. It was just as described with three bedrooms and one bath upstairs and a half bath, seating area, dining table, and kitchen downstairs. The patio was sheltered and felt private, with comfortable table and chairs. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, sugar, and creamer, as well as dishes and everything needed for cooking. We got food from the nearby Whole Foods. Everything (appliances, faucets, etc.) worked well. Linens were fresh and looked new. The location made it easy to access highways and downtown. The owner was very helpful. The only challenges for us older ladies were the stairs and sharing the one bathroom upstairs. I'd stay here again.
