We had a great time watching the views, watching the view was cool! And thank you for letting us stay here for three days! :) ! :) ! :) ! :)
Location of house is really good with peaceful neighborhood. We were 3 families with 2 kids. Most of the things were good like ample sleeping space and sitting space in living room and bedrooms but we really missed dish washer. Better add a dish washer as people staying with kids and for 2+ days would surely cook and will need dishwasher. We had to rely on disposable crockery. Secondly I found house had some loose doors and less secure making this place little unsecure (We felt this because we had kids along). Main door wire mess itself was torn.
We really enjoyed our time on Camano Island. This home was nice with a great view. Be prepared to climb some steps. I would not suggest this home for young kids. We were told there was a baby gate. I believe it could have been a more stable one that you could lock in place. The fridge smelled like crab which wasn't pleasant. Because we cooked our meals in it would have been nice if there was a cookie sheet some tongs for a BBQ. A mirror upstairs in or near the bathroom would have been nice. . Overall it was a nice place I would stay again just wouldn't bring my grandkids.
Place was clean and tidy for sure. Very charming, very old, outdated decor but full of character. Location was great! Unfortunately, it was advertised with 2 TVs and it's true they had them but they did not have cable working so they were useless. The very small decks could have been nice but the furniture was poor, outdated and uncomfortable. Also, the extra fees piled onto the price was a bit disappointing making it overpriced and not a good value. Although we did enjoy our stay, and Connie next door made us feel welcome (she was great), we will not be back.
Our group of 5 girls spent two nights in the Camano Island house. There was plenty of bed space and 2 bathrooms. We had everything we needed and then some. Connie was awesome....even brought us a corkscrew so we could open our wine!!! Great place for us to stay with nice views and gorgeous sunsets!
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Close to the zip line tour. Short walk to beach and boat launch. Excellent view!
Super charming, extremely spacious home which was extremely comfortable for my family. My only complaint was that the dishwasher appeared a bit moldy and there were dishes that weren't very clean. Also, make sure to pack ALL cooking needs in terms of cooking oil and salt and pepper. I assumed these basics were there, and ended up having to spend a pretty penny at the convenience store at the last minute to cook eggs. Still, the view is immaculate, the location fantastic and remote (in a good way) and the decor of the unit was adorable.
