For the perfect getaway this gorgeous La Quinta three bedroom three bath home has it all. Awesome views of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains from the South and West face pool and entertainment areas. The pool area also has a spa, covered patio, gas BBQ and luscious green lawn.

The living room is smartly decorated and comfortable with 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD, fireplace and view of the pool and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, high end appliances and is perfect for the gourmet chef in you. Two dining areas, one formal which seats six as well as a breakfast nook area right off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed, 36" flat screen TV with DVD, private bath with both shower and tub. The first guest room has a queen bed, TV and its own bath with shower and tub. Guest bedroom two is located away from the other two bedrooms and has a queen bed, TV and full bath with shower only.

The home also features an office with hardwood floors, high speed wireless Internet, wireless printer, laundry room and 2 car garage. The home has tile floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.

This property is professionally managed by McLean Company Rentals and requires a signed occupancy agreement within 24 hours of an accepted HomeAway reservation. Failure to submit the signed agreement within 24 hours will result in a cancellation of the reservation.

The owners of this vacation property require that we book their home with individuals that are: (1) families, (2) business owners, their employees, or their representatives, and (3) other responsible groups. Not withstanding the above, fraternities, sororities, and other associations that are primarily comprised of individuals under 25 years old are not permitted to reserve and stay in any of our represented vacation properties.

This is not a party house - city noise ordinances are strictly enforced.

No smoking is allowed on the property grounds.

City ordinance does not allow more than two people per bedroom. Failure to adhere to the ordinance will result in forfeiture of the remaining rental period unless remedied.

Any reservation for greater than twenty nine (29) nights must pay actual utility fees. We will send you a copy of the utility bill prior at the conclusion of your reservation.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
