We chose this neighborhood home in Cathedral City because is in a great location to see the entire area: Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Joshua Tree... and we were right! It allowed us to visit friends and enjoy the national park. But we really enjoyed the opportunity to relax as a family. The kids could wake up and enjoy the pool all day, we enjoyed grilling and eating outdoors, etc... Being away from the resorts and having our own pool to enjoy was the best!

This property is professionally managed by McLean Company Rentals and requires a signed occupancy agreement within 24 hours of an accepted HomeAway reservation. Failure to submit the signed agreement within 24 hours will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
The owners of this vacation property require that we book their home with individuals that are: (1) families, (2) business owners, their employees, or their representatives, and (3) other responsible groups. Not withstanding the above, fraternities, sororities, and other associations that are primarily comprised of individuals under 25 years old are not permitted to reserve and stay in any of our represented vacation properties.
This is not a party house - city noise ordinances are strictly enforced.
No smoking is allowed on the property grounds. Holidays, special events and our high season may require a minimum nights stay and additional security deposit.
City ordinance does not allow more than two people per bedroom. Failure to adhere to the ordinance will result in forfeiture of the remaining rental period unless remedied.
Any reservation for greater than twenty eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees. We will send you a copy of the utility bill prior at the conclusion of your reservation.
