We just purchased the property in late summer of 2015. We hope to offer to our guests the best possible vacation rental that they could possible have. Our goal is for our guests to have a fun, carefree and memorable experience while staying at our home. We would like all our guests to enjoy their stay so much that they come back many times in the future.

Bordered on the west by pastures and grazing cattle, helpful neighbors and wide open sky, but only minutes away from the activities and entertainment of Fredericksburg.
We loved being outside of town where the deer would come graze right in the front yard each morning. Where do you get to see that site everyday!? Good communication with Carolyn and well supplied kitchen.
Enjoyed this house so much. It has plenty of room for 6 adults to sleep, eat and relax. Many places we have stayed comfortably slept 6, but there really was't much room to relax and visit. The full sized/stocked kitchen was perfect for us, as we prepared a couple of meals there. It had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful time here, honestly didn't want to leave. It had the perfect atmosphere. We saw lots of wildlife ( mostly deer ). I would highly recommend this place to anyone
Relax on large porch watch sunset and sip wine, watch the deer! Very clean comfortable home. Has all you need to make your stay easy. Would definitely go back!
