When you are ready to end the day simply retire downstairs past the native decorative art and sculptures to one of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful semi-firm king size bed, two night stands and large dresser. The master bedroom bathroom has marble counter tops, two huge closets with drawers and plenty of hangers for clothing and storage. Use the serene raindrop shower to wash away all the sand from the day at the beach then slip into the soft high thread count sheets for a solid nights sleep.
The other two bedrooms have beautiful queen size beds with high thread count sheets and solid wooden frames. Each room also has large closet space for cloths and luggage and desks for writing in your journal about your trip or using your computer to quickly check on your emails. They share a very large common marble bathroom with removable shower head. One queen is firm and the other queen has more of a plush feel, pick whichever bed fits you best.
Planning your days in Cabo can start from either of the two pools, one located just 20 steps from the property. Both pools are within the safely gated community and offer BBQ pits and grills.

Is a home-away-from-home
This really was a home away from home. Had all the contents of your own home, nicely decorated, wonderful view and very comfortable. Was wonderful to go exploring during the day and then “go home” to relax in a clean and very well maintained townhouse.
From the detailed information about getting to the house, to the printed information on how to get wi-fi and Netflix, and descriptions of what to do in Cabo, we didn't have any worries. The home was beautiful and clean. I felt very safe in the gated community. Pools were always clean too. We went on a sunset cruise and had a great time. We also went to a local farmers market and used a nearby gym several times. All in all, it was the perfect family get-away. I would definitely do that again. Adam was a great help from start to finish too!!
Perfect spot for a family to set up as "home base" for your trip to the Baja
We picked this location due to the fact that it was close enough to everything, but far enough away from the hussle-bussle of tourism. We had a great time making day trips to Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos, and La Paz. It was always very relaxing to arrive back at Casa de Leon at night to the peace and quite (and very safe) setting of this house. Recommended!
Beautiful home in a quiet location
This is a great home in a quiet gated community, not too far from the city and beaches. Home is well equipped with all the things you might need during your stay. Property manager was very helpful during our stay. Community pool is just a few steps.
The home is about a 30min walk into the city and about 15min walk to Costco.
There was only 1 issue during our stay, which was the hot water heater was not working. People came to look at it a few times but finally got it fixed on our last day in Cabo.
I would still recommend this home to other vacationers looking for a quiet and safe place to stay that is not too far from the busy city life.
Great property, beautiful and comfortable house
I cannot more highly recommend Casa de Leon. Staying in Adam and Florencia's house is like staying at a 5-star hotel.
Personally, as a couple, we wanted lots of space and the feeling that we were at home while on vacation. The property is secluded and safe, and 5 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. The villa is very comfortable with high-end furnishings. Each bedroom is lush and luxurious. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and grilling essentials, and they even left us some Modelo to welcome us in! You're definitely going to want to stop by Walmart and pick up some steaks for the grill- the balcony is where we ate most of our meals.
The only problem is getting used to driving around Mexico's strange highway system- you're going to need a rental car and some patience! Frequent U-turns are going to be part of your vacation if you're driving around Los Cabos, and if you're the type to want to drive to different beaches and go in and out of Cabo San Lucas.
Adam is very helpful and easy to reach, so you have peace of mind that your vacation, and your memories, are in good hands.
Home sweet home
I really enjoyed my time at Florencia and Adam 's home. The house is open, comfortable and peaceful. I enjoyed the beautiful flowers and the nice view.. The neighborhood feels very safe with 24 hours security in a gated comunity, close to beaches ,downtown, and markets. We were there with my friends for a weekend. I can't wait to go back!!!
