Downtown Newport 9 Beds / 6 Bath With Newly Renovated Kitchen

The house is located right downtown and is walking distance to essentially all of Newport's restaurants and bars. Additionally, the house is minutes from all beaches & marinas. The house is comprised of three floors; with 5 queen beds, 4 full size beds and 3 couches which includes one pull out. There is a newly renovated kitchen which includes a breakfast bar on the first floor along with a wet bar on the third floor! An on-site washer and dryer makes it convenient to do laundry. The house comes with Cable/WiFi and access to premium movie channels and COX on-demand. Outside you will find a patio, a large outdoor grill (Propane included), and a nice patio set to enjoy the Newport Summer! There is also additional seating as well on the porch. The driveway can accommodate 4-6 vehicles with plenty of on street parking right next to the property.

Spacious Home in an Excellent Location

This house was perfect for a bachelorette party weekend! Finding a house that was walking distance to Thames Street and that would comfortably accommodate 15 women was not easy, but this house was able to give us everything we needed and more.

This house has three floors, two newly-renovated kitchens, three living rooms, several spacious bedrooms, and multiple full baths. The driveway holds six cars and there is a 6-burner grill outside ready to be used. Bowen's Wharf is a just a ten minute-walk. The owners, Kyle and Andrew, were very friendly and extremely responsive, which we greatly appreciated. It's not easy to please so many girls, but there wasn't much else we could ask for!

Do not hesitate to rent this house...you'll be hard pressed to find another like it in the area!

Great in-town location. Perfect Base for NFF!

If you're in town for NFF or any long weekend getaway, this is the perfect Newport base. It's in a great location and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town - Brick Alley, Perro Salado, etc. Super easy to walk to the Harbor and commute by water taxi. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed with all you need for a weekend stay. Ample parking in the driveway which is also helpful as other places we've stayed were mostly limited to one or two cars at max. Kyle and Andrew were great communicators. Don't wait! Go ahead and book it for your next trip to Newport!

Great Home, Great Location! Loved Staying Here!

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Newport! The location was fantastic -- walkable everywhere worth going in the area -- and Andrew was happy to provide us with great tips for what to see and where to dine while my friends and I were in town. The beds (3, and a pull out couch) were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels for our group. The house has a nice porch and small yard that was perfect for hanging out on during the evening. I would definitely recommend staying at this house if you're looking for a great stay in Newport. Andrew was really responsive to any questions I had and clearly takes great care of his property. I hope to make it back to Newport again!

Beautiful Home, Ideal Location, Personable Owner

First time visitor of Newport and could not have received a more ideal place to lodge! Aside from the perfect location of the house, which was footsteps from most Newport favorites, the house was very spacious, each bedroom having a comfortable set up linens and plenty of space to unpack from traveling. All the appliances (and the home in general) are kept in immaculate condition and are modern and very accessible. The owner, Kyle Smith, was extremely nice and helpful in not only booking the reservation, but also helping us navigate around the city in which we had not yet visited. I would recommend this property to all friends and family alike!
