This newly renovated apartment one of only two in this building featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, whirlpool tubs and a roof deck. Less than 500 feet ot the NYC subway to take you to all of your favorite spots in the city.
We had 8 people share this lovely property, the beds were all very comfortable, including the sofa sleeper! We also loved the roof top deck and would have liked to spend more time on it but we got "home" really late many nights, walking around the Big Apple.
This place is amazing! It was really spacious and extremely clean. There is plenty of room for three couples to comfortably visit. It's close to the subway and there is a nearby grocery. If you're visiting Manhatten I would highly recommend this location.
This is a great find if you have a larger group of people. The condo is quite spacious and very well maintained. With the roomy 3 bedrooms and corresponding bathrooms, it would be no problem to accommodate between 5 - 7 adults. All amenities are provided including dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, towels, etc.
The check-in procedure was simple and efficient and the property management company checked in to see how things were going.
The location is pretty great. The condo is about a 2-minute walk from the subway lines that take you to Times Square and the Meat-packing District in 20 minutes max! There's also a small corner grocery store 1 block away, a Duane Read 3 blocks away, and a large food market 5 blocks away.
We greatly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this condo!
This 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom place in West Harlem was even better than the pictures show. Upon arrival, the property manager was there to meet us and gave us a tour. He was extremely friendly and very comprehensive as he made sure to inform us of every feature of house. The entire place was spotless and fresh towels were provided. The washer and dryer were every handy and included detergent. The rooftop deck was awesome and is much larger than the pictures make it out to be. Additionally, there are two smaller patios off of the second and third floor garden facing bedrooms. The neighborhood itself was safe and the place was mere hundreds of feet from the subway. The kitchen came fully stocked with flatware and cookingware. The property manager could not have been more helpful. He was very nice and made himself available and accessible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York with a larger group.
New York girls get away:) this place was amazing!! we stayed in this beautiful decorated brownstone, it was 7 in our group which this place easily accommodation all of us, beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean, hardwood floors were beautiful and convent located close to subway. We got up Sunday morning and had coffee and relaxed on the roof top deck which has great views of the neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to New York. Stephen was very helpful and was willing to answer all of our questions. Love This Place!! I will definitely stay here again . Thank you
This was an excellent rental! Tons of space, (especially for NYC), modern and clean and in a great neighborhood. It was just as the ad said. Steven and Amad were super responsive and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place. It was also only a block from the metro station.
Look up the Duane Reed for a nearby grocery instead of trying the little deli groceries. They really don't have anything, but there's a DR nearby.
