Enjoy New York City from this immaculately kept, newly renovated residence that sleeps 7. Located in Historic Harlem. Just 400 feet to the subway to the subway. Cable TV, Wi-Fi and local phone service are included. There is a full size washer and dryer.

The residence has central air conditioning.

The residence features a fully equipped kitchen including all the appliances and small wares to prepare home cooked meals. Enjoy your morning coffee brewed in a Keurig single brew coffee maker or tea from your electric tea kettle.

Have your meals at the dining table that seats 8 . Or enjoy relaxing out in your private roof deck.

Relax at the end of your day in the living room in one of the two leather sofas - one of which is a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress - while watching TV on a 50 inch flat screen TV.

Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third a queen size bed - each bedroom has its own 40 inch flat screen TV. All bedrooms have Beautyrest Recharge Pierpoint plush mattresses.

Comfortable place to stay with a classic feel

This property is very well furnished to make the stay most comfortable whether you are hanging out at the house or only resting there after a busy day. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has plenty of storage as well as plenty of windows to let light in as well as a breeze. The common areas are large enough to accommodate large groups at meal time as well as relaxing as a group.

The location to the subway is close and makes getting around very convenient. We used it daily when we traveled around the island and other parts. We also were able to use the kitchen to have a few meals at home instead of eating out for each meal.

We all enjoyed our stay here and were very happy with the property. Only word of caution is that when adjusting the faucets, the hot water gets extremely hot and can take some practice to adjust to the right temp.

We did not get to stay at this property

We were within minutes of arriving at this property and were told the heat does not work and could not be fixed for a few days. We were given accommodation's on W. 147th St. The place was fine but not newly renovated as the one we originally rented. But it was in a better location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Subway was only 2 minute walk

Nicely upgraded, comfortable, and minutes walk to subway!

We had 8 people share this lovely property, the beds were all very comfortable, including the sofa sleeper! We also loved the roof top deck and would have liked to spend more time on it but we got "home" really late many nights, walking around the Big Apple.

This place is amazing! It was really spacious and extremely clean. There is plenty of room for three couples to comfortably visit. It's close to the subway and there is a nearby grocery. If you're visiting Manhatten I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful, well maintained, and accessible Condo

This is a great find if you have a larger group of people. The condo is quite spacious and very well maintained. With the roomy 3 bedrooms and corresponding bathrooms, it would be no problem to accommodate between 5 - 7 adults. All amenities are provided including dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, towels, etc.

The check-in procedure was simple and efficient and the property management company checked in to see how things were going.

The location is pretty great. The condo is about a 2-minute walk from the subway lines that take you to Times Square and the Meat-packing District in 20 minutes max! There's also a small corner grocery store 1 block away, a Duane Read 3 blocks away, and a large food market 5 blocks away.

We greatly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this condo!

Book while you can!!

This 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom place in West Harlem was even better than the pictures show. Upon arrival, the property manager was there to meet us and gave us a tour. He was extremely friendly and very comprehensive as he made sure to inform us of every feature of house. The entire place was spotless and fresh towels were provided. The washer and dryer were every handy and included detergent. The rooftop deck was awesome and is much larger than the pictures make it out to be. Additionally, there are two smaller patios off of the second and third floor garden facing bedrooms. The neighborhood itself was safe and the place was mere hundreds of feet from the subway. The kitchen came fully stocked with flatware and cookingware. The property manager could not have been more helpful. He was very nice and made himself available and accessible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York with a larger group.
