Just a stones throw from the Caloundra CBD, you can take a stroll up the main street and enjoy browsing through the many shops and boutiques on offer, and take a break in between to and enjoy a beverage at one of the many great cafes. Try out a different restaurant every night with a great variation to choose from all within walking distance of the unit. Leave the car at home as this is all on your doorstep. For great entertainment, why not take a short trip to the Caloundra RSL? Better still, get the free courtesy bus to take you there! Take in a show, get the kids minded for free and choose from the extensive menu. The lounge room consists of a 2 seater couch and 2 single couches. The living area contains a 3 seater couch, 2 single couches, a television, a VCR and a DVD player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit 6, a dining setting to suit 8 and a balcony which is set off the dining/lounge area. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan, bedroom 2 contains a Queen bed, a single bed with an extra mattress and access to balcony and bedroom 3 has a trundle bed, a single bed and a pedestal fan. There are 2 bathrooms, bathroom 1 comprises of a spa bath with shower overhead, large vanity unit and the toilet is adjacent and bathroom 2 consists of a vanity unit, shower over bath and the toilet is adjacent. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. There are 2 large balconys, a single lock up garage and the unit is situated on the 3rd level. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
