thank you for the deposit.
Here are some comments which you can post on your Owners Direct site.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Nyon. The facilities were accurately described, everything functioned very well and we were very comfortable.
In our opinion the best aspect was the location. It was excellent with a short walk to the Nyon cable car enabling us to access the Les Gets bowl very quickly and easily without navigating the zoo at Pleney. Skiing back (down the blue run to the Nyon car park) was almost to the door. The piste has snowmaking so it was always in good condition and skiable by all levels of skiers. The free Navette Bus, which takes you to Pleney (for ski lessons) and to the Super Morzine Lift (to access Avoriaz and the Portes Du Solei) was even closer, very reliable giving us easy access to the wider ski area. All in all we could not think of a better location in and around Morzine.
In summary we were extremely pleased with the standard of the accommodation and location which made our trip to Morzine very enjoyable.

I wasn't sure where to book in Morzine but having read other reviews about this apartment we chose Nyon and it was absolutely perfect.
We were four friends and the apartment size was more than ample. Towels and bedding all supplied and ready when we got there. As mentioned by the others the ski lift up is a stones throw away and we didn't see a queue once in the three days we were there. The ability to ski all the way down to literally opposite the apartment makes things so easy, You can then put the skis and boards straight into the 'cave'.
We hired a car so having the garage space under cover was another plus as the car park got fairly busy at times.
We hired skis and boards from Intersport in Morzine and the equipment was of a good standard and low price (hire online to save).
There are some very nice restaurants reasonably priced and all very accessible via the free bus from either outside the apartment or at the top of the hill passed the ski lift if leaving after 5.45ish.
Many Thanks to Nigel for answering all questions quickly and accurately and for providing ample instructions on everything!!!
We all very much hope to return next year.
A cosy, clean comfortable chalet with everything we needed for the four of us including bedding and towels.
Very easy access to the slopes via the Nyon lift which is a very short walk from the chalet and a quiet run right back to the door at the end of the day.
An added bonus was being able to buy our lift passes for the region at the Nyon lift with no queues.
We appreciated the flexibility of booking just 3 nights in the chalet which has not always been easy elsewhere.
We hope to return next year.
We stayed for 5 nights at this apartment and can highly recommend it. Nigel, the owner, is easy and straightforward to deal with, in respect of queries, booking, payment and all details concerned with the apartment.
We couldn't get away for a week so were delighted to find somewhere that had the flexibility of staying for 5 nights.
Location is fantastic and literally less than 2 minutes from skiing down the blue run to the apartment, you can have your boots off and a beer in hand on the balcony.
Plus the cable car going up Nyon is also only 2 minutes walk away, with a ticket office right there. This is also the least busy side of Morzine, so access to the slopes and network of chairlifts is quick and easy. The PdS ski circuit is massive and although I've skied there before we found that we didn't need to go for a full area pass as there is plenty of skiing for 3/4 days in the Morzine/Les Gets sector.
On arrival the apartment was clean and has absolutely everything you need to self cater. In fact we ended up getting a load of shopping in from the Carrefour supermarket in town and enjoyed dining in during the evenings, which is testament to the comfort of the apartment.
We tended to treat ourselves out on the mountain, with a superb range of restaurants, from budget options, to fab-u-lous dining experiences.
We also used a company called Doorstep Skis for our ski hire. And they were easy to book online and came to the apartment to fit the kit on our first night, so we were ready to hit the slopes for our first day skiing. Then they collected them at the end of our last day. I'd highly recommend them, takes hassle away and they were very similar price to all other shops in resort, but without the hassle.
For a ski apartment this is pretty spacious and the best we've stayed at. Major plus points include underground parking, which saved me from clearing the car of snow when heading back to the airport and also the lifts which take you up to the top floor. Additionally the WiFi is great and means you can stream downloaded programmes onto the flat screen TV. All you need is a tablet and an HDMI cable. I recommend downloading some programmes before you go.
Transport links are great too, it's wise to get a bus timetable or download it, so you can plan ahead. We also really enjoyed the walk along the river into town, which took us 10 minutes.
This apartment is superb and we'll be looking to book again in the future.
Containing everything you need for a self-catered holiday, this apartment is very good value. Nigel the owner is very helpful and central Morzine is only about a 15 min walk away. With a gondola and ticket office literally 2 mins walk away and a ski run straight to the front of the apartment block we found this an excellent location. Also on the less busy side of the resort so no massive lift queues until you ski over to Les Gets/Morzine. All towels and bedding provided. Highly recommended - We will be back.
This was our 5th consecutive stay in this perfectly located apartment, with lovely views from the balcony straight out to the home slope (blue run)! With just 2 minutes walk to the cable car to get you straight up the mountain in the morning and then ski straight back to the apartment in the afternoon/evening, its location really is great!
The apartment is in very quiet surroundings, with lovely neighbours next door and has the bonus of free wifi, which is quick and reliable. It is always clean, tidy and warm when we arrive, with all the beds made and only about half an hour walk along the river to and from the town of Morzine.
There is also a free bus service (N) from outside of the apartment running approx. every 25mins from about 8.30 – 17.30 (there is also another bus (E) that runs later until approx. 20.00 that will drop you near the cable car, just a few minutes walk away). If driving, there is more than adequate parking right outside the apartment. There is also a garage and a ski cave where skis and boots can be securely kept.
The nearest and largest supermarket in the town is Carrefour which is very reasonably priced and has a great range for all your essential groceries. We would recommend Les Deux Criquets Snack Bar at the bottom of the Charniaz Express lift (also Troncs and Tete) for a beer/coffee stop and Jean Paul does a great American Sandwich with fries (for less than 10 euros which is more than enough for two to share!) – in half term it does get very busy so would recommend either an early lunch 11.45-12 or later one at 14.00.
The snow conditions have always been fantastic each year we’ve stayed here (3x in Feb and twice in Apr)… with both heavy snow fall and blue bird days with lovely warm sunshine! Morzine has never disappointed!
Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. Nigel & Penny have always made communications and paperwork etc very straight forward and deposit returned immediately, thank you once again for an incredible stay in your lovely apartment! Hope to stay again, our 6th stay, soon!
Matt, Lucy, Peter & Anna
Situated right at the bottom of the neon lift, with regular buses all day this was a great place to stay. We found it quiet and tidy with lots of sleep space. Thanks for a great stay!

Morzine is a picturesque town, and is situated in the French Alpine region of the Haute- Savoie.Unlike many ski resorts, Morzine retains all the charm and culture of the farming town that it once was making it the perfect place to take your ski holidays.
