Great location and beautiful apartment!
Very nice apartment, clean, beautiful kitchen and nice back patio! The bathroom is a good size. After busy days touring the city we would end up at home for the evening, and ventured to the many great restaurants within walking distance. The Spice Jar and The Almanac Taproom were favorites of ours.
Clean and roomy. Great location. Friendly neighbors.
I would have liked the property owners to be a little more flexible with the outdoor space. Was told no smoking anywhere on the property, yet found an ashtray on the back deck. Seems as if the downstairs tenants were allowed to smoke on the patio but we were not, as towards the end of our stay the ashtray accumulated butts in it. We were only supplied 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days with 4 adults. Had to go purchase our own. Other than these 2 small details, our stay was fantastic. Plenty of Lyft drivers to take you anywhere you wanted to go for not much money. Nice location on the house to go about anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay there again.
The home was super clean and well taken care of. The location was a perfect distance into the city but not in the middle of it all. We would definitely come back. Thank you!
Great Space Hospitality could use some work.
The space was great for 4 people but there were a few things that could have made it a better experience.
1 roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3 night stay for 4 people.
Soap, shampoo, and conditioner was not provided.
Home has a washer/dryer but no detergent.
Linens were mostly stained
Providing these things above can go along way for someone not familiar with the area and who may have forgot to pack some of their own essentials.
Everything is about a 25 minute drive away which is fine because we had a rental car.
The bedrooms were street side which were a bit noisy in the morning.
Great open space kitchen with a living room that fit us comfortably.
Communication was fine with Bernat.
Wasn’t the best location but the value was good.
Awesome spot to stay for a San Fran vacation
We stayed three nights in this lovely property. it is exactly as pictured and more. Check in was a breeze with the key pad. We enjoyed the large well stocked kitchen, large bathroom and pretty garden in back. It is a great location for exploring San Fran. We enjoyed the Mission District which was easy walking distance, had breakfast and lunch there. We had five in our party so we used Uber and Lyft to get to the sightseeing attractions which was more economical than paying for 5 on the public transportation. Great neighborhood , enjoyed our stay.
Great apartment in Portrero Hill area
Very nice apartment in Portrero Hill area of SF. Kitchen huge and well equipped. Lots of closet space and very nice bathroom. Especially appreciated were the laundry facilities and the off-street parking.
POTRERO - MISSION The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco, and Mission Concourse is located in perhaps the trendiest part of the Mission. A mix of hipsters, tech employees, and families who have lived in the area for a generation, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Within a block or two you will find super-hot bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, and legendary San Francisco eateries like Flour and Water.
Of course you are in the Mission so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan and other ethnic foods at low prices. We like Mis Antojitos on 22nd and Bryant, or even Dona Teresa which is two blocks down.
There is a convenience store one block away stocking foods, drinks (including beer, wine, and liquor), ice and other necessary items. Also within a blocks distance are numerous coffee shops, cafes, and other Mission area institutions. A few minutes farther away you can enjoy the bustling neighborhood around 16th and Mission, but you may not want to leave the area right around you. Also the Bryant corridor with all new trendy bar is just steps away from the unit.
