Guestbook comments from the manager

This place was overall amazing! I had such a great time when I stayed here. I came along with my husband, two sons and daughter and we all had a phenomenal time! There wasn't anything that I didn't love. When you enter the community, there's a guards gate which apparently someone is always in there 24 hours a day, so that made me feel completely at ease. To top that, they have a wonderful pool that is right next to their beach and marina. We had the time of our lives. My husband and sons got to spend time fishing right at the dock, while me and my young daughter got to play in the pool. The property itself was just beautiful! It had more than enough space for my family of 5 and had everything you needed to make you feel like you were right at home. I am definitely coming back here as soon as we get the chance!

Weather was great...condo needs some TLC!

  • 3 of 5

When we arrived at the unit we were impressed with the security – although they weren't always diligent. The pool and grounds are well taken care of.

Our unit itself had some issues- specifically the Internet did not work and took two days to get turned on. Also it seems like no one had checked anything before we moved in because the hurricane shutters were closed and locked shut so we had to sleep in a cave the first night.

The unit was clean and well accessorized – so we enjoyed that and we enjoyed the weather.

The pool area was fantastic and the access to the beach was very nice as well.

What could be improved and probably wasn't the fault of the owner for various miscellaneous maintenance maintenance items that needed to be addressed i.e. lightbulbs that didn't work, a toilet downstairs that slowly ran all the time, toilet upstairs that never seem to be able to hold water unless you opened the tank and replaced the cap on the plunger. The air conditioning needs some work as it is extremely loud. The porch was a mess upon arrival- weeds growing, table turned over. chairs strewn about.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here but would have liked to have not have to ask for things that i think the owner is paying for but the management company is not taking care of.

Owner's Response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and feel terrible about the small issues that did not meet our high quality standards. We are very sorry that it took 2 days to reconnect the internet service. This was a problem beyond our control with the service provider. We are also very glad that the on-site association manger was able to help with the opening of the master bedroom shutters. he went right over as soon as you notified us and we contacted him on the same day. We had opened all other at this property, but required some help opening those. We truly appreciate you letting us know about the running toilet, etc., of which we were not aware. These will all be addressed following your departure from this lovely townhome. As mentioned by phone when we spoke, the furniture outside had been purposely turned over due to the impending hurricane, which we were all very fortunate to have missed. Again, I apologize that these minor issues had such a negative impact on your stay and we will certainly be more diligent about checking these in the future. We do hope you will book with our professional, attentive and kind management team again in the future. We are always happy to help.

Perfect - the whole Keys experience!

  • 5 of 5

This property has it all. Privacy, spotless, lots of room with quality furniture. Great tropical environment with pool, tennis courts, marina, beach and, yes, even a cleaning table for anglers like us! Easy access to great dining and entertainment, grocery stores, theatre and one of the best community parks that includes an Olympic size pool, running paths, beach and playground. Only bad thing was having to leave!

Very Clean and Comfortable, Very Reasonably priced

  • 4 of 5

Very Clean, Reasonably priced Condo. The Cable for the TV's upstairs were not working during our stay. This reasonably priced unit was perfect for our budget. The facility was quiet and the 1 minute walk to the waterfront is well worth trip for the Beautiful views and Wonderful sunsets. Will definitely plan on returning next year.

This place is in such a beautiful and safe community. The people who are here are completely friendly and the amenities are out standing! I loved being able to go out and play tennis and then cool off in the pool. This place was huge and comfortable for my whole family. I will definitely come back next year!

Relaxation at it's finest

  • 5 of 5

We rented this place because me and my husband wanted to get away from all the madness and just relax for a bit and that's exactly what you'll get. It is such a quiet area. No noisy neighbors, pool and beach area is nice and quiet. Truly a relaxing area.

Map

Key Largo, called "the first of the Florida Keys," because of its northernmost location along the Florida Keys chain, is an hour's drive from Miami International airport. Yet it is a world away. Home to a national marine sanctuary, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Key Largo boasts some of the most fascinating diving/snorkeling adventures in Florida. A host of eco-tourism and dive-snorkel services are ready to help you discover the natural wonders of Key Largo. If you like to go fishing, be sure to reserve your charter boat and enjoy the sport fishing experience of a life time with the best charter captains and fishing guides in the world. You can go after sailfish offshore, bonefish along the Atlantic shallows, or redfish and tarpon in the Florida Bay. After a day of great fishing, you can visit some of the many family-owned restaurants that will serve you the day’s fresh catch or prepare your own! And don’t forget to try the key lime pie, which is a Key specialty. Islamorada is only 15 miles off Key Largo and it is home to the Theater of the Sea where you can swim with the dolphins. It is also home to the world famous Tiki Bar serving up frozen drink such as Piña Coladas, Rum Runners or my personal favorite, a Miami Vice. There are also several other local bars and restaurants, often featuring live bands to help you wind down after a day of fun in the South Florida sun. Whether sinking your feet in the sand, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, dining, shopping or sight-seeing, Key Largo and Islamorada have enough to keep any visitor in awe from beginning to end. Staying a week, a month or more? You’re always a local when you’re in Key Largo. Come visit your home away from home.
