It is ideal for in-laws or for accommodating larger vacation groups. I brought my entire family on vacation for a week, and I could not have been happier with everything. I was very impressed by how big this condo was. The views from the master bedroom and the balcony were stunning, especially during sunset. It was also in a very convenient location, being right next to the county pier and just a short drive away from Pier

If you're anything like me, pictures help give an idea of the facility but it helps to read the reviews. The real question is how many days you would like to stay. I took my family including my parents and they enjoyed the views and easy access to the beach and we could have used an extra day because it was well suited. It was centrally located with a few minutes drive to Pier Park and walking distance to the nearest pier. Evenings/nights were nice and breezy on the balcony, and everyone took turns but I spent every morning meditating and reading on it. Excellent communication with the owner (Jan) who did a great job keeping us on the same page. I encourage the reader to consider this spot.

Excellent Condo!

We absolutely love PCB and have stayed at Sterling Reef twice now and wouldn't stay anywhere else. This condo was beautiful, clean, and a great size! The location is great, very close to lots of great restaurants and tons of things to do! I would highly recommend the Sterling Reef and Jan's condo to anyone! The views from the balcony are incredible!

Panoramic views inside large corner unit condo!

Our family stayed at this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo for 4 nights. The condo's views of the beach were fantastic. The owner was incredibly accommodating by allowing us to check it at 1p due to an early arrival. Jan was very polite and responsive. The pool and property restrooms were very clean. Thanks for a great vacation!

Awesome condo. Plenty of space and very clean. Private balcony was awesome and the view was great. Definitely stay here many more times. Owner made sure we had everything we needed and the three bathrooms were great. Well worth the price to stay there.

Our stay in this Sterling Reef condo was a total success. The owner accommodated all of needs and requests with fast and considerate responses from our early arrival to our late departure.
