I brought my entire family on vacation for a week, and I could not have been happier with everything. I was very impressed by how big this condo was. The views from the master bedroom and the balcony were stunning, especially during sunset. It was also in a very convenient location, being right next to the county pier and just a short drive away from Pier

Nice Beach Corner Condo

This is a nice corner unit with one big balcony off the Master BR and living room and a smaller balcony off of another bedroom. Great views of beach and pier. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Large parking deck to protect your vehicles. Grand kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after trying out the ocean. Abundant restaurants and anything else you need are close by. Owner was very responsive and timely with the reservation and communication process. Prompt refund of security deposit.

We stayed here during fall break. We loved it. It was everything that was stated the owner is really good to work with and get back and answer any questions you may have. I would defiantly stay here again.

Great Condo, Great Views,

I took my kids and grandkids to Jan"s condo for a family vacation. The corner unit was perfect and spacious! 3 Br/3ba with lots of privacy and Tv"s in each room ... allowing for gaming for some of the kids and movies for others after a day at the beautiful beach and pool! The balconies were awesome and the views breathtaking! The kitchen had everything we needed to make a big family breakfast and the outdoor grills my son loved cooking steaks on ( he wants one of those grills!) the bedrooms were spacious and lots of closet/drawer space.. I seriously felt liked I lived there instead of " just visiting" . We rented a pontoon boat from Family Tradition and went to Shell Island, we saw lots of dolphins while driving the boat! It's actually a better deal than everyone going on a "dolphin boat" and we had the pontoon half the day.... from 1-5pm.... it was just Awesome!! Also check out Moes BBQ... it's cheap and very good..( I eat there every time!!) Thanks again Jan for letting my family make memories at your place...!!!! Hope to be able to stay again next October and maybe sooner also. Ok all you vacationers.... this is the condo for you!!'

Fall Break Family Trip

We had a great trip! The condo was nice & clean, very colorful. Great views from balcony and large windows. The weather and beach was perfect. I called housekeeper for a few issues and they were never addressed while we were there. Condo needs to have extra set of kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels. Also there is not enough pillowcases.

If you're anything like me, pictures help give an idea of the facility but it helps to read the reviews. The real question is how many days you would like to stay. I took my family including my parents and they enjoyed the views and easy access to the beach and we could have used an extra day because it was well suited. It was centrally located with a few minutes drive to Pier Park and walking distance to the nearest pier. Evenings/nights were nice and breezy on the balcony, and everyone took turns but I spent every morning meditating and reading on it. Excellent communication with the owner (Jan) who did a great job keeping us on the same page. I encourage the reader to consider this spot.
