I brought my entire family on vacation for a week, and I could not have been happier with everything. I was very impressed by how big this condo was. The views from the master bedroom and the balcony were stunning, especially during sunset. It was also in a very convenient location, being right next to the county pier and just a short drive away from Pier

Great Vacation in Panama City Beach

We stayed here for one week and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo unit is very clean and the furnishings were up to date, clean and in excellent condition. All bedrooms were very large and all the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We loved that there was a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped and lots of dishes and cutlery. The corner balcony was large and we had fantastic views of the beach and pool during the daytime and the sunset was amazing every evening. Jan was fantastic to deal with. She was quick at responses and very accommodating. I highly recommend this condo unit and will definately return!

Great condo and great value!

We've stayed at Sterling Reef many times in the past, but this was was our first time using VRBO so the booking process was a bit different but it all worked out just fine. Check-in also was a bit different in that we didn't have an on-site staff member to assist us. However, even though we showed up a couple hours early our host, Jan, make sure we could get into the condo without any delay.

Sterling Reef, while not the newest or most glitzy of condo complexes has always been one we keep coming back to because the staff keep the grounds and common areas well-maintained and the location can't be beat, especially for events like Thunder Beach where the ability to get off Front Front Street to Back Beach or Route 98 and other connecting side roads is invaluable.

We've stayed in the 2 Bedroom units as well as both the 3br/2ba and 3br/3ba units before at Sterling Reef and we really, really, really like the 3br/3ba like Jan's units. They're located right next to the elevator and at the west end of the complex which gives you an amazing view of the City Pier and sunsets over the Gulf. Two of the three bedrooms are extremely large and the 3rd is large enough for a king or, in this case, a queen with a day-bed along side... far better than most units which will have a pair of twin beds or, shudder the thought, a bunk bed. Great for kids, but not adults!!! For us, the biggest plus about these 3br/3ba units is that the 2nd suite has it's own heating and air conditioning system, which allows it to be kept at a different temperature from the other two bedrooms and common areas. My wife and I like to keep our rooms in the 78-80 range, whereas the folks whom we traveled with preferred the 72-75 range.

The condo itself had everything we needed and was in great shape with very comfortable furnishings. In fact, the couple who stayed in the 3rd bedroom who are always traveling praised the comfort of their bed and linens. We agreed, as we also had a very comfortable bed and slept incredibly well. All of the appliances worked well and the dishware renter proof: always a good thing at the beach! WiFi was exceptional; best we've ever enjoyed at Sterling Reef and all of the rooms had great flatscreen TVs with great reception.

Anyway, hopefully you get the point. It's a great condo complex with a great location and Jan's condo is the one to have if you have a need for three comfortable rooms with massive common areas and a great view of the Gulf. Thanks!!!

Best view ever!

We stayed in this gorgeous condo for 4 nights in October. The view from the corner unit is breath-taking. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, exactly as pictured. This was our second time staying at Sterling Reef, this unit was much better than the one we previously stayed in. Higher quality furnishings really make a difference! Thank you Jan for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

awesome visit to a gorgeous beach front condo

We had a great visit to this lovely , roomy condo. Great location - right on the beach- very easy access from parking garage to the condo- ( not across the street) Grounds well maintained- everyone- including guests were friendly and very nice. Condo was quite large- very clean. The owners were very nice and accommodating when I asked to be able to access at an earlier check in due to arrival times. We visited in September so easy to have seating at pool and beach chair availability. Enjoyed eating breakfast or lunch from the balcony-- fabulous views. Kitchen was stocked with good pans etc.--I love to cook and everything was there that was required-We would love to return in the coming years-- Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Wonderful Week

The corner unit was great! We enjoyed using both balconies for family and private sittings. The inside furnishings were nice, comfortable, and clean.

We brought food to cook for breakfast. The only problem we had was with the frying pan -the eggs stuck really bad. We also had to purchase toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towels. Overall, we enjoyed everything about our stay! The condo was exactly what we needed!

Great property and convenient location. The view was amazing!

This is the first time we have used HomeAway and we were not sure what to expect. To our surprise it was easy and the property was very nice. The condo was nicely furnished and clean with more than enough space to accommodate our crew of 4 adults and 5 children. The views were stunning. Waking up each morning to the ocean view from the bedroom was good for the soul! It was nice to be able to go down to the pool or through a gate directly onto the beach. I loved this property and miss the view already.

Looking forward to next year already :)
