This property is located within walking distance to the township of Port Elliot, the beach and the popular walking track along the granite rocks between Knights Beach and Horseshoe Bay.

Located in the gorgeous seaside town of Port Elliot, 2 Rosetta makes a fantastic base camp for the family to tour the south coast and surrounding winery regions.

Featuring an open plan living area, it is a great place to relax, dine and discuss your days outings. With a fully equipped Kitchen you don't have to eat out all the time, but those for who love to dine out, Port Elliot and surrounding suburbs have some fantastic Restaurants, Cafe's and Bars. Down the hallway leads to three bedrooms, a laundry and bathroom.  Bedroom 1 Has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 singles and Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed.

Although the property is two storey only  the downstairs level of this property is available for your holiday in Pt Elliot.

Outside you will find two dining areas, to capitalize on the beautiful summer evenings, and a BBQ to eat in true Aussie style. However do not feel compelled to stay at home, there are so many sights and delights that surround the house, get out and explore.  For cyclists this property sits right next to the bikeway, so you can jump on your bike and ride to Victor Harbor, or Goolwa from the safety of a purpose built bitumen bike track.

It is very close to a popular swimming beach, has slight sea views and is also a short walk to the central shopping area within Pt Elliot. It has three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining room area and lovely decking to the rear of the home. Please note carport has now been dismantled.
