CeleSte 5 comprises the main part of a recently built house complex in rural Albay. Around seven kilometers from Tabaco City, it has many living and dining area options both inside and outside, as well as a rooftop bar, a swimming pool and a viewing gallery. There are formal gardens to the front and side of the property.
Inside there is a main kitchen with seating for up to twelve persons complete with gas hob and electric oven. There is a bathroom off the kitchen area.
There is a separate additional dining area with a table and seating for six and a separate sitting area. To the front and side there are terraces.
Upstairs there is a family area and four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool and the rice fields. The other three bedrooms share a common bathroom. There is one further bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs adjacent to the pool and the option for another bedroom or maids room.
There is a covered garage good for two reasonably sized cars and with a drivers rest area. The entrance driveway can also accommodate another four to six cars. The house has direct access to the main road.
Outside there is a kidney shaped swimming pool which guests have free access to. Behind the kitchen and up one level is a rooftop bar with both covered and open areas. This bar looks over the swimming pool and the rice fields towards the Mayon volcano.
Under the rooftop bar is a further guest or staff area with two bedrooms and one bathroom along with a kitchen/sitting area and a courtyard.
To the rear of the property is an area of natural vegetation and a walkway down to the viewing gallery above a native cooking and laundry area. There is an adjacent bathroom.
Attached to the main house is a guest house which comprises CeleSte 4.
1. This property is available on a long term let only - one year minimum
2. The property can be combined with CeleSte 4 for an additional monthly rental of P25,000 (a total of P+-- ---- ---- per month) allowing full privacy within the property
3. An Nissan XTrail SUV can be rented along with driver (rates and duration to be agreed) if the guest does not have his or her own transport.
4. The rental charges are exclusive of utility bills (primarily electricity and water) - these will be passed on the guest at cost.
House Rules: This is a long term rental property - the minimum rent is one calendar year
