**** You will find a coin laundry on site for all your washing needs. It is located conveniently on the first floor.
*** Please note that this particular unit does not offer internet/wifi at this time.
Our family spent 8 days at this condo and enjoyed it. Its basic but roomy. I had thought parking would be a problem but proved to be just fine. It is rather vertical pulling in but no problems. You could bring a solid serving spoon and extra plastic garbage bags. But everything else was provided. Indoor pool was fun and kids enjoyed it. It is in a older condo but for the price. Great.
We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and we were a little less then impressed. It is not within walking distance to downtown if you have small children. Also multiple things need updated. Some things that I am sure are not at the fault of the owner would be the indoor pool which has broken tiles coming off the hot tub and a floor that almost always has lots of standing water. Also dont expect there to be anyone ever at the front desk. Inside the condo lets just say a simple trip to lowes for some minor updates and a trip to walmart for some updating would help this place a lot. We had 2 small issues while there. One was taken care of immediately and the second well Im still waiting for a call back over 48 hours later. Thank goodness I am already home and we fixed the problem ourselves :)
We stayed for 3 nights for my daughters 16th birthday. She wanted to hike and we wanted to be able to walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable that allowed for a good nights sleep and that is what we needed most. For me to give a "good" or "excellent" rating the condo would need to be updated. The indoor pool was nice for rainy cool weather, but the hot tub was not hot? Not the condo owners fault about the hot tub though! The kitchen was set up with the minimum, one cheap addition would be ice cube trays, there was not an ice maker and no ice cube trays to make any.
Nice condo but it sleeps 8 and water heater runs out of hot water after 3 showers so I took alot of cold showers which I wasn't happy about, and the elevator stopped working the 2nd day but that wasn't a big issue. Nice place but don't count on a hot shower if there's a group staying there. Price was affordable considering, IF YOUR THE OWNER READING THIS PUT A LARGER WATER HEATER IN IF YOU WANT A 5 STAR RATING OTHERWISE I RATE THIS CONDO A 2 CAUSE I HATE A COLD SHOWER
