Beautiful one bedroom condo located in the upscale Silver Rock building.
Condo has a comfy King size bed in bedroom. There is a 40 inch TV in living room, free high speed internet, fireplace, air conditioning and guest laundry room on 3rd floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen gadgets. There is also a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and other various items. A gas BBQ is located on the private balcony for your enjoyment which also has a great view of the mountains. Guests can use the many excellent amenities in the building including indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, Gym, and underground parking.

We are professionals from Calgary. We love our Fernie Condo but haven't been able to use it as much as we want to. It is a shame to not have someone enjoying this beautiful place regularily. This is why we have decided to advertise it on this site.

Everything about this was just great! And we have done many vacation rentals over the years, some great, a few rather poor.
The unit was very clean. It was spacious for two of us and the king-sized bed was just like home. There was ample room to access both sides of the bed without having to jump in, literally. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. The year round BBQ is wonderful. Not many places have that. We use ours at home all year round, so it is super to visit a place and be able to cook the way we prefer to cook.
It is walking distance to downtown (which we did) and less than 10 minutes of driving to Fernie ski resort. The location is ideal in our view.
The hot tub was a welcome respite after skiing. It was nice of the owners to provide extra towels for that. The underground parking is a good feature of the building and this rental. It helps avoid getting into a cold vehicle before heading out for the day. The ski locker is also useful. This building itself is very quiet. We have stayed in this building before, and it was equally quiet then.
Booking, payment and entry into the unit were all very easy. Brenda provided easy-to-follow instructions and was responsive to my questions. Moreover, she returned our security deposit right after our stay. This almost never happens. We appreciated that attention to detail.
We look forward to staying there again on a future visit to Fernie.
The condo was as pictured. The kitchen was very well equipped, and well used. The king bed was so comfortable after a day on the hill. Very clean, and the underground parking was a bonus at -24. I would highly recommend this condo. Enjoy.
We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Property 4010107. The space was very conveniently located and impeccably clean. Great amenities throughout. We will certainly look at staying here again.

We had a fabulous time in Fernie and were very fortunate to have booked this condo!! It was perfect! It had everything we needed, it was within walking or biking distance to everything, and it was only a stone's throw from Mount Fernie and Fernie Alpine Resort! The condo was spacious and clean and extremely comfortable, and the check in process was very easy. We would DEFINITELY recommend this accommodation to anyone, and we will definitely be back!
