This classical house, expanded and renovated in 2008, was built by Rogent Elies (professor of architecture of Antoni Gaudí) for the Marquis of Salamanca and is listed as a historic monument of the city of Barcelona.
Today it hosts 10 modern apartments, all dedicated to short-stay rental. The building has an elevator for 6 people.
On the 3rd floor, the building has a terrace (solarium) which can be exclusively used by our customers to enjoy a moonlight dinner, a family breakfast or just for a relaxing sun bath.
There are parking facilities in our absolutely safe underground car park which is directly connected with the building via elevator.
Ideal for couples or small families. This apartment offers all the comfort at the best price. It has 51 m2 with capacity for 4 people and comes with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Its modern design and the use of cutting-edge materials guarantee the maximum comfort. Due to its large windows (typical of the buildings of the Eixample) this flat is illuminated by the magnificent Mediterranean sunshine and ventilated by a fresh and pleasant breeze all day long. This apartment has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and large closet. The living room has a big sofa which transforms into a comfortable double bed with a separate mattress and an independent slatted frame at night. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, towel drying and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, etc.. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms. The use of wireless internet is free of charge.
Loved our stay in Bonnavista Apts. We stayed in the 2 bdroom apt and it was very clean, spacious and loved the location. The metro was close and it was one stop away from all major attractions in Barcelona. The area was safe and very close to supermarkets, good restaurants and shopping. Miguel was very helpful and answered all of our questions and had great suggestions for all four us. Can't wait to go back to Barcelona and when we do we will be staying at Bonnavista apts!
The description was accurate but please note that Passeig de Gracia is the 5th Avenue of Barcelona! But there are also non high-end designer shops all around and plentiful.

The owner, Pablo, was very courteous, friendly, had many helpful suggestions and was chivalrous.
I highly recommend these apartments to everyone. In fact we left Barcelona and went touring other areas of Spain before returning to Barcelona to fly home. We enjoyed our stay at these apartments so much that we booked them again!
Absolutely everything you want to see in Barcelona is within walking distance or a two minute walk to the spotless (like D.C. not NYC) subway system!
My husband, two year old son and I rented this apartment for a few days in May. We are particular about where we stay and are picky when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. We were amazed and pleased with how clean, modern and comfortable our apartment was overall. The location was terrific - walking distance to everything. Very kid friendly as well. Everyone was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The building where our apartment is based is in a safe and quiet street next to Passeig de Gracia, one of the most luxurious areas of Barcelona. The exact address is Carrer Bonavista 4, 08012 Barcelona.
We are right at the intersection of the districts of Gracia and Eixample, near the junction of Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia. This is the very center of Barcelona.
The location of the apartments is considered by our clients as one of the best in Barcelona, at a 5 minutes walk from La Pedrera, Casa Batlló at a 8 minutes walking distance, and very well connected via subway to the most important spots of the city such as Las Ramblas / Ciutat Vella, the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell and FC Barcelona soccer stadium. You can also catch 2 of the panorama buses at a 5 minutes distance from our building. Some of the best hotels, restaurants and shops in Barcelona are located in this district.
