Rick Russo and Lance Burrows are co-owners of the property. We also own A-109. We have had so much fun and have had so much positive feedback on our rentals for A-109, we wanted to offer this unit to guests, as well.

Peace in Paradise

Just returned from my third visit to Aina Nalu, and will recommend to all who do not want the razzle dazzle of a big resort. It is positioned perfectly for a variety of restaurants, shopping, history, local culture and excursions. The grounds and pools are always immaculate, staff friendly and helpful.

Our unit was extremely well equipped, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach toys. The kitchen was also well planned out with everything you would need should you wish to cook on holidays! Great unit! Thanks to the owners for all the “extras” Especially enjoyed the CD on our road to Hana trip.

Perfect place, perfect location

This property was exactly what we were looking for - spacious and comfortable, with all the comforts of home. There were 3 adults and 2 young children in our party and there was more than enough space for everyone. The unit was nicely located within the property close to the pools and away from any street noise. Walkable to downtown in minutes. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the unit, which provided privacy not typically found in other units. Communications with the owners was fast and reliable. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal you’d like to make and access to coolers were great for trips to the beach. We’ve stayed in other places on Maui - this is our new go-to! My husband quite accurately termed it “economically luxurious”! I really felt I got way more than my monies worth at this unit!

One of a kind home.

We had search an amazing experience during our stay in Maui. Location was convenient to everything. We were walking distance to so many places. Rick and Lance were awesome hosts!

A Fabulous Family Vaction for 5!

We loved staying in Lahaina with our 3 teenagers. This condo is a big space for a family of 5. Easy to walk down to Front street (since parking is sparce down there anyway, don't bother). We also found night street parking easy to deal with vs. paying 20$ a night to park in complex. We are beach lovers so we didn't swim in the pools. We rented snorkel gear but they do have 2 sets there, as well as 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas (green one doesn't have a locking device, so the wind takes it up quickly) 1 boogie board and a beach cooler (super helpful)! The sofa sleeper wasn't so comfortable (we just pulled mattress onto floor), but we don't ever have high expectations of those. The 2 beds were heavenly comfortable! Rick and Lance were 5 Stars to deal with, quick to respond and extremely generous.

Yes, the parking is usually pretty easy to find on the street except during the busiest seasons. And parking downtown is very difficult so the close proximity of the unit to Front street makes it very convenient. Also, the sofa bed, as you said, is not terribly comfortable and putting the mattress on the floor might be a great idea. We surely hope to have you stay with us again in the very near future. This is an apartment rental, not a hotel. There is no daily cleaning service, front desk, room service, etc. All linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. For stays of 14 days or longer, a linen change service ($99) is required. Stays of 28 days or longer require an interim cleaning ($155) and linen change ($99), scheduled at different times. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for free. Beach towel rentals are provided by housekeeping for $4.50 per towel per stay. Please let us know how many beach towels you would like our linen provider to leave for you. They must be requested in advance and beach towels not returned will have a $20 replacement fee. On-site property parking is $20 per night. Private parking lot near the property is available for a fee and on-street parking is free. Parking and any fees incurred with it, extra cleaning fees, and beach towel rentals are the responsibility of the tenant and not part of the unit rental fee.
