Rick Russo and Lance Burrows are co-owners of the property. We also own A-109. We have had so much fun and have had so much positive feedback on our rentals for A-109, we wanted to offer this unit to guests, as well.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped condo. With very nice guys who own it!

I have stayed at Aina Nalu at least a dozen times. A family member owned a unit but recently sold it. I love Aina Nalu for its spacious units, central location, peaceful atmosphere, spectacular gardens and saltwater pools. I felt so lucky to find this particular unit on VRBO since the owners are so nice and keep their 2 units it tip top condition. Also they have wifi in the unit and a Roku TV. I really enjoy staying in a condo over any hotel, it just feels more relaxing especially if you are staying with multiple people to have some space. Can't beat the price either. Thanks Rick & Lance for a fantastic two weeks in your lovely Maui home.

Home away from home....really

Thank you Rick and Lance for the great unit! It was clean, organized and stocked with everything we needed to make home cooked meals. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we were home. We were so grateful for all the water/beach equipments they provided such as chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear . It made our lazy beach days comfortable under the Hawaiian sun.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but a few things were not working/missing. The master bathroom shower light was burnt out and we couldn't change the bulb. We tried but the light was recessed in and had a cover that we couldn't get off unless we damaged the ceiling. We didn't mind it too much but it did get difficult showering in the dark especially after being on the beach all day and sand was just everywhere! The other room didn't have a TV remote and the AC unit remote wasn't working either. I would stay here again though. Rick and Lance were great in answering all of our questions and I know they will fix the things that need to be fixed. Thanks again!

Owner's Response: Addie, I'm so pleased to know that you had a great vacation in Maui. I'm sorry for some of the maintenance issues. Actually, I was there the day you checked out and did some significant renovations to the unit that week. All of the shower light fixtures were replaced, the couch was re-stuffed and is really comfy now, the bar stools were reupholstered and repainted, lots of touch up paint was done, a new coffee table was installed, brand new air conditioners were installed, new pillows... The place feels brand new. I hope you can come back and experience our unit, refreshed. Mahalo for staying with us!

Awesome!!!

This Ainu Nala unit was absolutely awesome. It was really clean when we arrived and everything was in such great condition. Maui is our favorite place to go (we try to go every year) and we are hoping we can stay in this unit again when we come back next year. The only thing I would suggest to change/get is for the unit to come with a parking pass. Its so expensive to pay for parking if you can't get any spots on the road, but besides that everything was awesome!!

I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone! Thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable!!

AWSOME VACATION WITH A AWSOME CONDO

THIS IS OUR 2ND TIME STAYING IN THIS COMPLEX.THE CONDO COMES STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED INCLUDING BEACH CHAIRS AND TOYS FOR THE KIDS...KITCHEN IS WELL STOCKED FOR THOSE NIGHTS THAT YOU DONT WANT TO EAT OUT.THERE ARE 2 POOLS AT THE COMPLEX AND A HOTTUB PLUS THERE ARE A FEW BBQS SCATTERED AROUND..THE CONDO IS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH PAPER PRODUCTS AND SOAP.THE COMPLEX IS LOCATED 2 MINUTES FROM FRONT STREET SO YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING...I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO MAUI..

EXCELLENT 2 brm unit in Lahaina

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a great stay in Rick and Lance's unit. Upon arriving we were thrilled with the quality of the unit and the fact that it was a true 2 bedroom apartment. We had plenty of room to relax with quality furnishings and fixtures. The bathrooms were superb. All of the little extras were there, even chairs, an esky and snorkel equipment. The kitchen had everything you would want, even a kettle, which is a rarity in America as some units expect you to filter water through a coffee maker. (Not good for tea drinkers) The kids loved having Netflix after a long day sightseeing. We were sent great information on the local area prior to arriving and found this very useful once we were there. The location of Lahaina is great and had plenty to see on foot. Best coffee by far is the MauiGrown coffee outlet shop - worth locating as it is really good coffee, cheaper and not just the weak, milky chain store brand you find throughout the States. We used the carpark directly opposite for $15 a night and felt our rental care was safe there. Although you could get by with tours, to get the most out of Maui it's really good to have your own car as there is so much to see and do. The complex's facilities were great - well maintained and a had wonderful tropical Hawaiian feel. We liked the fact that it felt more personal being on the ground floor and not in a huge hotel like complex. I would highly recommend staying in Rick and Lance's units. They were very easy to deal with and go above and beyond in their service beforehand and with what they provide in their units. I was nervous about booking and paying for a holiday this way as it is new to me, but I would highly recommend it to all my friends as it was such a positive experience.

BEST VALUE in Lahaina

Stayed 6 weeks - Jan to March 2016. Lance and Rick were a pleasure to deal with from our first contact. Well appointed, spacious, and comfortable ground floor end unit - centrally located to both pools and grills. Bathrooms are very spacious, well appointed kitchen made meal times easy. The complex's location cannot be beat - easily walkable to Front Street, shops & restaurants. Value is unsurpassed. The Parking Fee is not ideal, but if you're staying for 4 weeks ask for the monthly rate.

No views from the individual condos, but the complex common areas are beautifully tropical. The only thing 'missing' is a lanai, but you're close enough to the pavilion and cabanas. We would not hesitate to stay in either of the condos again, and have in fact already recommended it to friends and family.
