Relax the moment you arrive at this beachfront paradise, with your own beach access. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the lower level, one having glassed view to the gulf with it's own patio and walk out to beach. Master suit is on second level, all bedrooms have full baths, with the master having walk in shower, marble counter tops , double sinks and ceiling fan. The kitchen and living/dining area are also on the second level, giving you a wonderful view of the water. Light hardwood floors throughout the second floor, combined with tall ceiling and open floor plan allow you to soak in the scenery. Remodeled kitchen that has new stainless steel convection oven, 4 door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. This property has been very lightly rented an is in immaculate condition! There is outdoor furniture on the upper balcony and in the lower patio, with some additional chairs that you take to the beach. Lic #319810

We have just purchased this home, while we are not new to the long term rental, we have over 20 years in the business, this is our first short term rental. We fell in love with it the moment we walked in. I'm sure you will too, how can you not with the view?

This home was beyond our imagination - Walk up the stairs to the main living area and experience a view of a life time. House was immaculate and provided us with beach chairs, some beach toys, plastic ware to use outside. Wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, neighborhood pub. Owner was extremely accommodating - checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected, provided tips of places to eat, shop and fish. Definitely check out the farmers market on Sunday which you can walk or drive to.

Public transportation available, however we did rent a car.

Absolutely beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed with another couple and absolutely loved this home! The interior is very well maintained and clean. The breathtaking view from the upper deck was wonderful! It is on the beach so very easy to sunbathe and beachcomb.The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The owners were very accommodating and made sure we had an excellent vacation. We will be back again next year!

Nelson Beach House is the BEST!

Just returned home from six days on the SPI's and am so happy that we were able to stay at the Nelson Beach House! The house itself is absolutely everything you want or need in a vacation rental and Dianne the owner couldn't have been nicer to work with. Their standards of cleanliness and maintenance should be commended because the minute you walk into the house you know that they want you to enjoy it as if it is your own, and leave it the way it was when you arrive. We had absolutely no issues during our six day stay and everything they said it would be was! So thank you Dianne & Judd for allowing us to borrow your home. It was heaven!

Stellar View

Drop your bags and head to the patio off the living room where the view will mesmerize you. Everything you need is here at the condo. Super clean. Excellent restaurant tips provided by the owner. We couldn't decide whether to rent a car or not and are glad we did. If only for groceries and the convenience of not having to take the Wave (although it looked like a good mode of transport.) The water taste is "off" so we purchased water at HEB. That's another reason a car was handy.

Better than the photos, a luxurious vacation!

We were fortunate to use Dianne and Judd's lovely home in October of 2016. It was even better than the beautiful photos indicate. There are so many extras - like the well-stocked kitchen that had all the spices I cook with, the high-end utensils, DVDs, puzzles, lovely linens. Each bedroom having a private bath was a real plus.

The location was perfect for us. It's close to the birding center, the turtle rescue, the gym, Clayton's beach bar which featured the Sand Castle competition and weekend fireworks.

There were beach chairs and boogie boards which we used on our own private beach. We watched dolphins from the second floor balcony with our morning coffee. The tips left by Dianne for dining and activities were very helpful and spot on. Also having a garage for our car as well as our bikes and the other sporting items we brought with was most helpful.

Thank you Judd and Dianne for sharing your SPI home with us. We will be back.

Impressive Beach House

Beautifully furnished and immaculately maintained beachfront home. Tremendous pride and attention to detail by owners is obvious. Pictures can't begin to do justice to all it has to offer. Just bring your bathing suit and sunblock; everything else is already there. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need and the garage has all the beach toys. Having use of the garage is a real convenience, as is the clothes washer and dryer. Owners are great to work with and go out of their way to be helpful.

South Padre Island Golf Culb

When your out, pick up two local free papers. They can be found at the "Blue Marlin" grocery store as well as several other businesses around town. These paper will list some of the activities, entertainments and markets that will be going on around the island as well as listing of some restaurant specials.

The Birding Center is wonderful to walk though along with the Turtle Rescue.

We like Manuel's in Port Isabel across the bridge just a block away from the lighthouse, for breakfast. Daddy's for shrimp. Gabriella's for Italian. South Padre Island Brewery has excellent burgers and pizza ( we order ours well done).

30 days or less - no refund of prepaid rental charges
The $800.00 security deposit will be fully refundable provided the check out directions provisions are met.
