Our first impression of this condo was a pleasant one. It appeared well equipped, clean, comfortable

  • 1 of 5

Our overall experience was quite different. We found all of the beds very uncomfortable leaving us little sleep. Also, we found the people we encountered in the complex unfriendly and unwilling to return a smile or 'hello' except for the pool man, he was very nice. We were also unpleasantly surprised with a warning taped to our front door one morning at 9:00am when we left for a hike asking us to dispose of a bag of dog waste that my daughter in law and son left just outside the door that they asked us to dispose of when we got up because they had to leave for a TV interview back in LA, as my son is a celebrity. They left at 7:30am. They didn't want us to wake up to go to the waste bin in the garage that early. We will never stay here again. Very disappointed. There was also a threat of a fine. Ridiculous!!

Relaxing condo for a great getaway

  • 5 of 5

We walked into the condo and we were so impressed with how clean it was and it is exactly as the pictures and details describe. I was blown away that all of the bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs that were easy to use. My son brought his XBOX that he hooked up so the kids could all play in their downtime. I felt so secure with being able to program the door code and not having to carry a key around to get into the condo (very convenient). The underground parking was a dream to access as well as the pool area. I will be back and would recommend this company to friends/family in the future.

A bit dirty and worn.

  • 3 of 5

The configuration of this condo was not a great place to relax with 4 adults. The couch was saggy and uncomfortable. The pillows for the couch were stained and dirty. The dining room table didn't fit the space and we had to move it to walk around it. All the pans in the kitchen were cheap teflon and scratched so even the teflon made the food stick to the pan.. They didn't even sit on the stove top very well as they were warped. The main room bathroom had a plastic shower curtain that was used and dirty and mildewed. made us scratch our heads at the rate they charged us to put a new plastic shower curtain in for $10? Even the towels were cheap and scratchy. It was like wiping with a loofa . All the inside of the windows for the great views were dirty! The worst of all was the comforter on the main floor queen bedroom. It had blood and stains all over it. We refused to use it. And had only a cotton blanket and a blanket we had brought from home.

The positive things were the condos proximity to the ski area. Less than 2 minutes. The hot tub was clean and the grounds were kept up. The neighborhood was also nice. It was quiet.

It wouldn't of taken much money(new shower curtain, a higher quality towel, better pots and pans in the kitchen and a window cleaner so one could see the views, and clean blankets.) or elbow grease to make this stay much better. The only thing you couldn't fix was the configuration of the living room. It was long and narrow. Oh well. We would not stay here again. Mammoth yes! But this condo is a thumbs down!

Great location. But lacking basic neccessities

  • 3 of 5

The location was great. The place was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately the maintenance of the place as not great. There were about 3 or 4 light bulbs out, there was no dish soap or sponge. The kitchen sink spout was broken and the dishwasher seemed close to falling apart inside. The place is clearly just for rental purposes.
