If you are not familiar with Minneapolis, this is the heart of one of the 'trendy' areas of town.
Downtown Minneapolis and the Convention Center are walkable (half hour hike!), and it is easy to take the bus downtown to Restaurants and Bars, Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves, etc., out to a mall, transfer to the Light Rail to the Airport and Mall of America, etc.

Scott & Jenna love to travel but have less wanderlust than we did in the past. We are busy helping guests like you enjoy our area! We enjoy the arts and culture, and the occasional sporting event. If you have questions about the Twin Cities, we can usually answer them! We are happy to provide 'concierge' services gratis.

As long term residents of the Twin Cities, we like to take advantage of the cultural activities in the Twin Cities -- Live Theater, Dance performances, etc. This unit is in the middle of everything!

Whether you enjoy your stay here depends on this.Your expectations. If you are looking to get by, no frills, something that seems better suited for student housing then the units well located. On the other hand if you live in a nice house, stay in decent type hotels I'd pass. It's very basic
I was in Minneapolis with three colleagues for a scientific conference in June. Instead of getting hotel rooms, we thought it would be a good idea to rent an apartment thinking that would be more relaxed, private and quiet. This place offered all of this and more! When we arrived there was someone present to welcome us and walk us through the apartment, which was equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. What we especially liked was that there's a city bike station close. We rented bikes every day ($6 for 24h) to get to the conference center (10min bike ride) and to explore the city a bit. Definitely try this out when you're in the city! It's a great way to get around.
Heart of Uptown District of Minneapolis. Walk to Everything. Shops and Restaurants line Hennepin Avenue. Bus service/ Light Rail to Downtown and Major Malls, including Mall of America and MSP Airport. Grocery Stores in walking distance including Kowalski's fabulous Grocery/Deli (No need to cook!) 'Wedge' Coop Grocery. Playground with kiddie pool one block away. World Class Museums. Walker Center Art Museum with largest urban outdoor sculpture garden walking distance at 16th and Hennepin. Minneapolis Institute of Arts and Hennepin County Museum East one mile. Plus your relaxing back yard. Quite an urban treat!
