Your local host goes to great lengths to ensure that every guest’s experience is top-notch and will undoubtedly make you feel like family. Grace knows the neighborhood well and can help you find our way around. The apartment is so pretty, you'll never want to leave - but NYC awaits.
The location in a quiet, well-lit, friendly neighborhood can not be better if you want to explore Brooklyn to the fullest. From here, you’ll be a mere one block from the nearest subway station and close to a bus terminal, allowing you to easily access New York City’s most celebrated attractions. In Bushwick, check out Peter Luger's Steakhouse, which has been serving up the best steak in Brooklyn for over 100 years. Ready to expand your culinary offerings? It's but a short hop to lively downtown Brooklyn, where you’ll discover outstanding restaurants, bars, and cafes along with incredible entertainment venues including Barclay’s Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the Morris Dance Company, not to mention the many delights of Boerum Hill and DUMBO.
From the apartment you can walk to the border of Ridgewood Queens, which still has the old-world feel of a quaint, quiet European city rather than the rollicking atmosphere of downtown. Head toward the island of Manhattan and you'll encounter lively Williamsburg, where you'll find incredible nightlife, art, and contemporary music scene. From Williamsburg it's just a quick hop across the East River to downtown Manhattan, where you can explore the architecture, the Theater District, museums, Times Square, and Central Park.
Tired of the big city? Wander down the quiet tree-lined street to your home away from home. You'll hardly be able to believe that you're in the middle of the "city that never sleeps" when you close the door and wander down the hallway to the peace and quiet awaiting you in each of the 2 bedrooms. You won't even be able to hear your companions in the other bedroom! The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment, ensuring privacy for everyone.
The maximum occupancy is FIRM; please do not inquire with more than four people. The only arrangement available is two adults per bed (loveseats are not for sleeping). All guests are cherished, and welcome!

Grace was the absolute best and her place was just perfect! I traveled with my sister to Brooklyn to see what the Brooklyn hype was all about and we definitely were very impressed. Located in a multicultural neighborhood, this place couldn't have felt more homie. I definitely appreciated having a subway station and a gym right around the corner too. Grace's place was fully stocked with all of your basic necessities, and also a lot of fun snacks. She made sure to help my sister and I feel right at home and so we did. I can't wait to come back!
Beautiful apt., beautiful furniture great location. Great landlord
This was a charming, two-bedroom apartment located on a quiet street in Brooklyn that was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay the weekend to see a Broadway musical. Walking from room to room, it is clear that the host has meticulously selected furniture, lighting, and colors to give each room a unique look and appearance. The apartment was walking distance to many fantastic restaurants in the Brooklyn area, and had easy access to the Metro line. The best quality about the apartment was our host - ahead of our visit, she provided restaurant recommendations for the area, was able to accommodate a later check in time when our flight was slightly delayed, and we arrived to find the apartment fully stocked with food and a vase with fresh flowers on the kitchen table. Throughout our stay, our host continued to send us restaurant recommendations for the area and check in with us to ask if we had any questions about the property or the area. We wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy the apartment and the Bushwick/Brooklyn area, and would definitely rent the property again on a future trip to the Brooklyn area. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore the NY area, but are searching for a quiet property as a reprieve from the bustling city life.
Very close to downtown Manhattan and very accesible to public transportation. Apartment was in great condition and extremely clean! We loved the decoration as we are art collectors, and this space really was home away from home for us. Plenty of space to relax after enjoying a great day in the city!
A lovely quaint apartment close to subway and bus. Our hostess really went out of the way to make our stay lovely. It was our first time staying at a home away place and we really enjoyed the experience. Everything you want to do in either New York or Brooklyn is just a metro card away. Even if you choose an Uber car service, which is faster, still a great option. Parking is on street. Flight of stairs in and up. Great to have a two night stay option, which was hard to find.
Dirty apartment. The beds were great & clean, the hospitality of our host was above par. She furnished so many things accommodated our very delayed arrival! Love to fly😏 Delay delay delay! Sadly as morning came we realized many of the food items were expired, the door handles on the refrigerator your hands stuck to, nothing on the counter appeared to have been moved and cleaned in a very long time. When we started cleaning and moving things, a cock roach came out from under a towel that was on the counter. Bathroom floor rugs very dirty. It made us so sad because we loved our host! Please get a housekeeper that can clean properly!!! We should have our cleaning fee refunded.
This apartment is in a great location, because it is so close to the metro. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, well-lit, and residential. There were a few convenience stores in between the metro line and apartment. The Mexican stand near the metro was great. The apartment owner was very helpful and kind. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The street parking was convenient.
