Very cozy and convenient

  • 5 of 5

Great place, very nice and convenient close to loveland. Had all amenities we needed and pantry had all necessary to cook our meals. We could have used a little more firewood but one night by fire was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay.! The proximity of Loveland is certainly convenient. Firewood is provided by guests as they use it and is available at local grocery store and gas stations.

Cute and Cozy house in a wonderful location.

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay. Very comfy Queen bed. Whole property was very clean. Amenities were very good. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Returned yesterday to 7 mule deer in the yard. They were not bothered by our presence at all. Good communication with the owner. My only petty complaint was the lack of bright lighting in the living and dining rooms.

Love the convenience and lower altitude of Georgetown. The 8500' altitude makes sleeping easier for us flatlanders.

Will stay here again.

Great little spot...

The beds in the upstairs bedroom are probably comfortable for children but not that great for adults…

Everything We Needed

  • 5 of 5

This house is very cute, in a great location to get to loveland early, and is quite cozy. There is wi-fi, satellite tv, a full kitchen with pots and pans, full bathroom with jet tub, and even a nice sitting area outside if it isn't freezing. Very comfy beds with lots of extra sheets, blankets and pillows.

The house is older so the lighting is all done with lamps and can be a little dim in the evenings and with it in the valley, the high winds cause some noise. Parking is just road side, no driveway or garage. And, the neighborhood are dirt roads so dead of winter may be challenging for a sedan. But, other than that it was perfect. For the price, location, and amenities, this house is top notch. We will be renting this location again.

Cozy and comfy!

  • 5 of 5

We loved the location, big enough for 4 adults. Used the sunroom for our meals and the entry for our ski stuff which made it perfect. Great kitchen with anything you need to cook a good meal. Good size bath & laundry room. Close to skiing, which we loved Loveland slopes and prices. Great small town, good food. Internet was fast too! We will be back!
