This 2 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has 2 private suites with lanai's. The master has a deluxe Cal King bed and the 2nd suite has 2 twins that can be made into a king as well. Both suites have tub/shower enclosures.
Off of the main living area there is a full bath and laundry area.
There are HD TV's with DVD player, air conditioning, free unlimited long distance calling to U.S. and Canada, and free wireless high speed internet.
The kitchen is very well stocked with all items needed to prepare gourmet meals. All linens and towels are provided and plush beach towels are also included.
Pride of ownership are evident in this villa. Furnishings are fresh and clean.

Great place for a second home. So many things to do and the weather is great all year long. From golf, water sports, beaching or just relaxing, Kapalua Maui is the place to come!
The location was great. A great workout to and from the beach. Bay course right behind and a view of the Plantation course from the lanai. Photos can not accurately describe how large this place is (Still can't figure out how it was originally designed). Inside and out was as clean as it could be and when we asked the whereabouts of a plunger we were called back with an answer in about 15 minutes!
I would certainly recommend this property to EVERYONE.
I would suggest a small tool box with only the basics. We helped start one with a crescent wrench used to tighten a shower head in place. Little things like that can be done by most folks if the tools are there. Beats bothering someone for such minor stuff.
Real close to Fleming Beach that we went to almost every day as the waves were generally great for boogie boarding, has a life guard, lots of parking, a beach restaurant/bar (Run by Ritz Carlton). Get up early one day and do the trip to watch the sunrise and for Gods sake dress as warm as you can! Take blankets, towels, garbage bags, anything! If the winds blowing you'll need them.
Oh yea, breathe deep, the Hawaiian air is special. Enjoy.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the quality of this unit. The carpet was extremely stained in all rooms. The walls had marks and holes In them. We stayed for a month and did not feel the price was appropriate for the maintenance of this unit. The recliner in the main room was so worn and threadbare, we moved it against the wall and did not use it. We have stayed in other Ridge units and sadly this one ranks at the very bottom. We would not recommend this unit to anyone nor will we be staying in it again. New carpet and a fresh coat of paint would be a good start to improving this dated unit.
We loved the condo. It was very spacious and beautiful. The view is amazing and we could actually hear the waves. We loved our stay. It was peaceful! We would definitely recommend this wonderful condo to our Family and Friends.
My wife, our two children, mother in law and father in law all stayed at this spacious condo this summer. Their was plenty of room for all of us. We have already reserved this condo for next year.
The community is beautiful and quite! The condo sits right by one of the holes on the golf course.
The condo is very cozy and we felt right at home. I would recommend it to my friend or family any time.
Let me start by saying this is our 4th trip to Maui and we have stayed at the Ridges 3 years in a row. The condo we normally rent is being remodeled so we choose this condo based on the views even though the interior looked a little dated. Big mistake. The views are not exactly as you see in the pictures. I tried every way from the lanai to get the view they show in the pictures and the only way to get it is to go to the patio of the condo next door, and zoom out the driveways and condos below. We normally spend every morning on the patio, here we were out there one day because the view is not as spectacular as the pictures. Now we are a little jaded, the condo we stay in has UNOBSTRUCTED 180 degree views of the ocean and Molokai. The pictures for this condo seem to have the same view but does not. Lets move on to the interior. We have gone to multiple open houses looking to buy one of these condos so we are familiar with condition. This condo is in the original 1979 condition except for the appliances in the kitchen. The carpet is matted and stained, paint peeling at the window frames, original tile in all baths and kitchen, extremely dated. Sometimes that is ok, we have seen two condos in original condition that were immaculate, this condo was not! I wish I could post the pictures I took, damaged cabinets in bath (dangerous for my 20 month old with sharp edges) toilet seat with paint stripped off and rusty screws, it looked disgusting and how expensive is it to replace that? The AC in living room was too small to cool the room and it was 89 degrees the week we stayed there. The closet smelled so bad I didn't want my clothes in there. The washing machine was so loud we thought it was taking flight. We had two broken dining room chairs, one of which my 20 month old fell off of because the armrest was broken and slide down causing her to fall. The other chair I sat down on and the wheel fell off. Fortunately I didn't fall since I am 7 months pregnant!!! The TV broke before we got there and they brought in a small temporary TV promising to replace in 1-2 days, 6 days later they finally brought it without contacting us coming in without our permission. All in all it was quite disappointing. If you haven't stayed somewhere like this you might think it is great for the price, unfortunately we stayed in a much nicer condo with a better view for the same price. FYI management company never responded to my complaints!
