Newly renovated kitchen (March 2017) with new appliances, new cabinets and granite counter tops. Freshly painted throughout. Beautifully decorated one bedroom condominium with private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Private fishing pier and swimming pool, dining within steps and even a Ben & Jerry's diagonally across the street. Come enjoy a relaxing stay in a tastefully decorated unit which contains a full kitchen, queen bed in master, queen sleeper sofa and two wall bunks that kids love in nautical theme. Two flat screen televisions are provided with DVD players. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a separate 'kiddy pool.' Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Washers and dryers are located in the pool house. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a short walk from the complex.

The historic Charleston area is filled with attractions to satisfy every taste. The area is home to: historic forts (including Ft. Sumter where the first shot of the Civil War was fired); museums (homes, plantations, gardens, naval warships, history and art); theaters, concerts and nightclubs; harbor cruises; carriage and walking tours in the historic district; fabulous shopping (from high end boutiques to open air stands in the market where sweetgrass baskets are woven daily); and some of the finest dining in the Southeast featuring the region's famous low county cuisine.

For sports enthusiasts, aside from water sports available at the beach, there are numerous golf courses to challenge any handicap, inshore and deep-sea fishing charters, scuba diving, water-skiing, and minor league baseball, basketball, soccer and hockey.

Updated and wonderful!

It's hard not to enjoy your stay when you are right next to a beautiful beach! But, the owners have updated this apartment to make your stay easy and comfortable. We enjoyed being steps from the ocean and having access to a private pier to enjoy some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach restaurants are within walking distance and there are shops to easily rent or buy any beach equipment you may need. Would definitely stay here again!

VERY NICE UPDATED CONDO

We came to Isle of Palms while visiting Charleston for the first time. I'm glad we picked Isle of Palms for a little get a way and this property. There are many great places to eat within walking distance. Just a short walk through the gate to the beach and pier. Carron who is the owner was a pleasure to work with and was quick to answer any questions I had before I arrived and during our stay. If ever in the area again we would stay again.

Cute And clean condo!

The condo was immaculate and cozy. The kitchen was well accommodated and even had a blender for morning smoothies. Having the private beach and pier was wonderful. We were walking distance to a number of restaurants, but it felt very private and not touristy. The pool had a few maintainence issues, but had an onsite staff working hard to get it back in action quickly. Our kiddos were 10 and 7 and for the 4 of us it was fine. The sofa did open to a bed but we did not use. We used the bunks in the entry hall, just off the bedroom. We appreciate a condo as advertised, clean and well kept.

Wonderful stay

Great Condo

This condo was just what we were looking for. It had been updated recently and was very nice. The owner, Carron, was very prompt and helpful with any questions and her reccomendations were great. Will rent there again when we go back.

Very nice, very modern

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was recently renovated so everything was very nice and modern. It was a very short walk to the beach, pool, and pier, and it was within walking distance of several restaurants. We were very impressed with Carron as well and how nice and helpful she was. She provided directions, answered any questions we had, helped us out with restaurant suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
