Why David and Vicky Landry chose Orange Beach
Orange Beach is the newer developed area of the Alabama Gulf Coast. The condominiums are newer and more spacious. The Enclave Condo is a smaller condo only having 69 units and therefore avoiding the crowds.

Great family vacation rental
Wonderful accommodations with nice sized room and three bathrooms. All the beds are king sized and very comfortable. Conveniently located by lots of restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. Big pots in the kitchen for crab boils! Beautiful place!
Loved the Condo 💞
Loved the beachy decor, the space, the ice maker, the comfy beds, the super large master bath, the view..... just perfect for our family vacation!
This was a great property. Very sunny and bright inside! Love the ice maker. And the view from the balcony is great! Would definitely stay here again.
Family Summer Vacation
Was very please with the cleanliness of condo. We were all very comfortable with the accommodations. Only problem we had was with parking, we had 2 vehicles and we had no parking spot for one of our vehicles onsite as this was very annoying. There was extra parking for owners and their guest, and since we were renting from an owner I don’t understand why we were not allowed to use their parking spot. But overall I would rate it an A.
Parking is a known problem and the Condo board is working on a plan to improve the parking situation. There are 16 parking spaces that are privately owned by 16 of the 69 condo owners. We are not one of the lucky ones that have a private parking space. If we were we would surely let our guests use them.
4th of July Week
Though we knew that the 4th week would be busy, we had to be in the OBA area for a baseball tournament anyway. I wouldn’t recommend going during the week of the 4th if you don’t like tons of traffic, long waits at basically every restaurant, gas station, grocery store and toll booth around. The most frustrating part was that there was rarely parking available at this property and we had to park across the street in a grocery store parking lot where we were subject to being towed- though this did not happen, thank goodness. The condo itself was as advertised. We liked that the 3 bedrooms all had king size beds and that this was an end unit. However, we found that there were way too few pillows, especially for king beds as there were two standard pillows on each. Upon setting up the pull-out sofa bed, we found one small container in the closet with a set of sheets. No extra pillows, quilts or comforters were anywhere to be found in the unit. In fact, we went and purchased extra pillows which we left in the condo upon departure. Both pools on property were quite full and typically very dirty while we were there. This was likely due to the extreme use as I have never witnessed a crowd like this and I have stayed at the Enclave in excess of 10 times. The beach was also very crowded, but we were delighted to have several very nice beach chairs and umbrellas that the owners keep stored in the closet for guest use. They also had a nice supply of sand toys, shovels and other beach necessities which made it easy and enjoyable for a trek down to the beach with children. In summary, we have stayed at the Enclave many times before and this is a very nice unit. The owners were very fair to work with on pricing and were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Unfortunately, the large crowd during the 4th week was just too much for the Enclave property to handle and it also made the rest of our logistics quite difficult to manage. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with our family and allowing the opportunity for feedback.
I’m sorry that you were inconvenienced by the traffic and crowds but that should be expected on the 4th of July weekend, the busiest week of the year. Occupancy at all condo are at their maximum that time of the year and a certain amount of crowds, waiting and messes are sure to happen even in the larges condos.
Each king size bed had 4 pillows, two regular pillows and two pillows in the shams that could be used. If there were no pillows available for the sofa sleeper, I apologize and that will be corrected.
The condo was as advertised. Was properly finished with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glassware. The ice maker and bar area was a plus. Easy access to the beach and good view. We really enjoyed the three separate king bedrooms with bath for each. We will be back!
