The cottage is nestled in the trees on a slope overlooking the sparkling waters of Lake Cecebe. From the cottage you walk down stairs through the trees and past garden art to the lake. At the shore there is a large 25 foot dock with Muskoka chairs and tables where you can catch some rays and relax with a good book and a great panoramic view of the lake. If you prefer, take a dip in the lake or try your hand at fishing from the dock. There is a wood fireplace at the shore which is a great place to sit by the fire and roast marshmallows at the end of the day. The shoreline at the cottage is rocky but the water at the shore is shallow and there is a sandy bottom. The water depth increases gradually but young children will need to be supervised. The bunkie has two double beds and features a deck with two sitting chairs and two lounge chairs overlooking the lake. The kids will love having their own sleeping cabin.
