The cottage is the best place ever. Fully stocked and ready to go. Just bring your toothbrush.

I would run, run, run, to book the cottage as soon as you can if you are interested in staying in downtown Charleston. King street is a 3 block walk or a $5.00 Uber ride away. We did have a rental car and there was an assigned parking spot behind the house for us. The house is even better than the pictures. The host,

Matt, was very available to any of our needs and even lent us beach chairs. He also left us a full can of ground coffee upon our arrival.

Great experience. Thanks Matt!

Adorable cottage in a wonderful city!

  • 5 of 5

We rented the cottage for a 4-night stay in Charleston. From the outside, it is a small, quaint little spot, but it is big on the inside! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and one infant. Everything was in beautiful condition, and it was very comfortable. Great location for walking around the city. We enjoyed brunch across the street at Hominy Grill, and walking to King Street for the wonderful shops and restaurants. Matt and Tricia were extremely helpful if we had any questions, they got back to me right away. This place is a gem, we can't wait to come back one day!

A good stay

  • 4 of 5

A really nice cottage, super clean, quiet, great kitchen (with a good set of seasonings which is always appreciated), very nice baths, one bed was very comfortable but the other had a bit of a sag, excellent wifi, reasonable off street parking, and a good location if you have a car or do not mind a 15 minute walk. The cities free trollies are not particularly useful, the route interconnections can make the trips long and the wrap advertising makes viewing difficult.

Overall, a very good stay. The owner was available by phone to help as required. Would put this on the recommend list.

All the comforts of home....

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful property! The cottage is charming, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and provided all the comforts of home to make our vacation thoroughly enjoyable. The two stories provided space for everyone to spread out and relax. The lawn area with table and chairs provided a great place to relax after a day of shopping or at the beach. The location is a short stroll to Charleston's amazing restaurants and shopping on King Street. Don't forget to enjoy the great restaurants a few steps from the property. The Hominy Grill and Lana Restaurant are a must. We will definitely be coming back to Charleston and stay at the cottage. We all wanted to stay and live there! Enjoy!

Impressive Charleston landing spot

  • 5 of 5

Nothing but praise for our stay at the Cottage! My brother & I brought my mother to Charleston for her birthday. The location was convenient, the accommodations were clean and classy, and there are abundant restaurants nearby or a quick walk to upper King Street. We would definitely stay at the Cottage again.

Adorable cottage, perfect for 2 couples!

  • 5 of 5

A lovely cottage! Clean and comfortable, great restaurants right down the street. Hominy Grill was good and R Kitchen a fun experience and delicious food! Well equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, each with a bathroom- always nice! We had a problem with a light in the shower and Tricia came and fixed it immediately . After traveling for almost a week having a washer/dryer was great, soap provided. The narrow alley you have to drive thru to park is the only negative, if you have a large vehicle you may not fit. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Charelston.
