Amazing Tmie

We had a fantastic stay. The place is truly amazing. You don't get a spectacular view of the ocean, but it's better than I expected and it's nice to be able to wake up to it. All the amenities of the resort are great. Huge bathroom where we could really spread out and giant kitchen where you can buy breakfast and lunch stuff to avoid going out all the time.

Amazing Resort

We just got back from our 7 day stay in F301. I want to give you our pro's and con's of this condo. This is our second time to this resort, but stayed in G103 the first time.

All of these condo's have great bones. You cannot beat the amazing kitchen's and huge bathrooms with 2 separate toilets. Here is what F301 has to offer.

Pro: Kitchen stocked well with appliances and everything you need to cook whatever. No was no griddle. Blender was great. Under the bathroom sink is a basket full of sun block/shampoo and goodies people left if you forgot something. The view was much better than I was expecting from the other reviews. There was no work being done besides basic gardening when we were there. There were also beach towels, a small cooler and a couple beach chairs.

The Con's:

If your disabled this is probably not the best room for you. My husband has a bad back and the F building doesn't have an elevator. You have to take the elevator in building E and then walk to F. Not bad at all for most people, but he was in a lot of pain and it didn't work for him. The bed was only ok and so was the couch. The DVR did not work and there was only 1 game to play. We bought and left domino's. I never even found a deck of cards. We spent more time in the condo, because of his pain and it wasn't the greatest accommodations for that. At least he had a nice view to look at.

Lovely Kauai Condo.....with a view

What a beautiful unit! Spacious and modern. And yes, there was an ocean view. Along with a view of the trailer that was used by maintenance staff working at the resort. Right below the lanai. And, of course, that is where the work crews gathered. Right below the lanai. Which did not make a proper atmosphere for enjoying that morning cup of coffee. Maybe this was a temporary thing, but I would make sure about it before confirming your stay. Unless you like having work trailers and crews right below the lanai.

The resort itself is very nice, but it is definitely geared more for families. The pool is more of a winding river (like at a water park) with a couple of slides (which the kid in me did enjoy). Nice fitness center on site. Also a shopping center across the street with a Safeway grocery store and an ABC Store. Less than 1/2 hour from the airport and easy to find.

What can I say... Awesome!!

What a beautiful condo!!! This place is amazing!! Would I stay here again?? YES.. Best location to be on the island..short drive to see everything. Not the best beach for swimming but oh those sunrises!!! Not far to travel to great beaches, snorkeling and shopping!
