Why AdobeStar Properties chose Downtown
Love the weather, great restaurants, unique culture, tons of outdoor and indoor activities, and the CHILE!!!
Very comfortable stay and such an easy walk to everything downtown.
Thank you for your review Doreen! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!
Nice one bedroom casita! We stayed here during Easter weekend and loved how close it was to many things. Within a block or two are a few places to eat as well. Looks to be pet friendly place as they have nice touches for pets as well. There’s a nice kitchen with utensils and there’s extra blankets for the chilly nights. I like that’s there’s just a code for the door so you don’t have to worry about losing a key. Art work in the place is very interesting. Pull out bed in the couch. They provide a bundle of wood for the kiva. Well kept place. Pretty quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city center that you can clearly hear the church bells. It is an old place so it’s very creaky and the bed is a bit squeaky too. Only thing that needs some help is the slow bathroom sink drain. Would definitely stay again.
Thank you for your review. Casita Madera is the perfect place to spend a lovely weekend and you note many of the great qualities! Thank you for your suggestions. We are always looking to improve. We look forward to hosting you again soon.
We stayed here because of a conference I was attending at the El Dorado Hotel, but wanted a more private base location for my wife and I to tack on a few extra days after the conference for vacation. It was a short walk to all the amenities near the square and only 3 blocks to my conference. It worked out that the Casita was actually cheaper than my conference rate at the El Dorado. It was very private and comfortable. It felt as if we were residents of old Santa Fe for years enjoying all that living close to downtown offered. The property managers are helpful and never intrusive. This is our 2nd stay with the AdobeStar Properties and if we return to Santa Fe we will definitely use them again. Both properties were clean, with very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchens.
Thank you for your review! We are happy you found a comfortable casita to enjoy work and vacation in Santa Fe! We look forward to hosting you again soon.
Mini Spring Break getaway
My Family and I stayed in the casita for two nights and first off, I will say it’s a tad small for a 4-person family/party. I figured we weren’t staying long enough to have it really bother us and we could manage. The ambiance of the casita is warm and inviting and not to mention the location was perfect! We could walk over to the Plaza and enjoy all that it has to offer and then quickly walk back (which is great for us as we were traveling with children!)
We only ventured away from the Casita when we spent a morning at Meow Wolf and when we drove up to “find the snow”! All in all, it was great and glad we chose a casita rather than a hotel room!
Thank you so much for your review! We are glad you enjoyed the casita. If you would like a little more space for your next vacation, feel free to check out the many other rentals we manage online! We hope to see you again soon.
