Alfred Famiglietti and Jamie Staniscia are our names. We met here in Ptown many years ago, and have remained a longterm couple. After leaving and pursuing our professional goals, we decided to retire here. WHY? Because it feels like home. So many of our renters are repeat customers, booking the same week, year after year. Seaside central location, with beach access, spectacular views of the bay with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and almost every window!
Modern apartment, on Commercial St, very centrally located with ability to walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Off site parking across the street is available.
This was our 10th Bear Week, but our first time staying here. All I can say is WOW!!! The condo is in an awesome location - right on the water and super convenient to everything in town! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The views from the unit itself as well as the deck are AMAZING! When high tide is in, you literally feel as if you are floating on the water.
And, you are right next to the Boat Slip - great for people watching during pool time and/or Tea Dance (before heading down for the crowd!). But - it wasn't noisy at all. We 'held court' from the deck, above Tea Dance, every day before heading down - met a lot of great guys doing this, too. :-)
To top it off - Alfred and Jamie were the BEST hosts! Super friendly, responsive, helpful - they even helped us navigate our car rental in/out of the driveway when dropping off luggage. We couldn't ask for better hosts.

The property is incredibly well-located- on the water with views in ever direction, but especially of the water and sky- both ever changing and magical. The apt itself is very well- appointed and furnished with clean lines and anything one would want at the beach. the owners are both kind and responsive. I have been visiting provincetown for over 30 years, and a vacation renter for nearly 20. Alfred and Jamie have the best apartment rental, that I have ever had the opportunity to stay in. thank-you for a fantastic few days; I was sad to leave and can not wait to return,
Jamie and Alfred's place is not only in a perfect spot with fantastic waterviews, it also a perfect size, clean, upscale, and nicely decorated. We were greeted with fresh flowers and champagne for New Year's Eve, which was a nice personal touch. We would not hesitate to rent again for sure !
Everything about our experience with this vacation rental was perfect.
The unit is well equipped, immaculately clean, modern and beautiful. (The bathroom shower is incredible!) The location is perfectly located in the center of everything we do while in P-town.
It was our first time staying in the unit and we were concerned about the noise level being so close to the T Dance. Not only was it not an issue at all, we loved being next door. Even on the days we didn't attend T, we could step out on the deck and check out the crowd. It was great.
Jamie & Alfred were fantastic hosts. We used our annual trip to get married. Jamie & Alfred were very helpful with suggestions and contacts to help make our special day even better.
I recommend this house for your stay in P-Town. Unless it's the same week we want it, because we will certainly book it again!
This has to be on the best apartments we rented in Ptown. Great location with the best views in town. Pictures are exactly what you are getting. Look forward to returning next year and perhaps for a longer time. Thank you Jamie & Alfred.
This was our second year renting this property. The condo is fantastic!! Awesome amenities in the unit and the view and location cannot be beat! The condo is extremely well maintained and wonderfully decorated. The deck is awesome and overlooks the Boat Skip deck so you can "attend" Tea Dance without fighting the crowds. The harbor views are wonderful for watching sunrises and sunsets as well as the abundance of dogs that play and swim in front of the condo. Jamie and Alfred (owners) are wonderful and make sure you have everything you need to make your vacation as relaxing as possible.

Payment must be made by personal or cashiers check, unless an alternative payment method is agreed to by the property owners.
To hold your reservation, a deposit of half of the total rent plus the security deposit, is due in seven days from today’s date. To guarantee your reservation, the balance must be paid 60 days before your reservation date or by April 1st 2016, whichever comes first. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made prior to April 1st. After April 1st 2016 deposits will be refunded ONLY if the unit is re-rented. In the case of a returned check there will be a charge of $30.00

- Overnight occupancy of the unit shall be strictly limited to these 4 named registered guests:
You may have additional guests in the unit for dinner/ drinks etc., but at no time shall there be more than 8 people total, including registered guests. A waiver from this rule may be granted by specific permission from the owners.
It is understood that the building is owner occupied and house rules require quiet time from 10PM until 9AM. No amplified music during these hours and no unregistered guests during this time.
Upon check-out tenants shall remove all trash from the unit and leave premises including kitchen clean.
Our cleaners are busy. Check-in and out times must be respected. Late check-in (after 5:00 PM) can be accommodated if we have advance notice. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you this summer.
