|Minimum Stay||6 nights|
Location Location, this unit is just located across the street from the local Pub and post office, and Mc's Market. Your in the middle with Winter Harbor to your right (East) and Prospect Harbor & Corea to your left (West). This is a small fishing village where you can go to the local wharf and get fresh lobster off the boat. We are 3 min from the entrance to Schoodic Peninsula its part of Acadia National Park. Don't feel like driving and want to go to Bar Harbor for the day take the Bar Harbor Ferry over.
The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It was immaculate, clean, and a pleasure to rental. We would definitely would rent again. Also the owner Kristen is very nice and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay :) The McNeish Family
For some reason I thought this unit was on the water front. I didn't feel or see the water nearby. The unit was very clean, except the coffee maker filter was old and moldy. The bed was devine. The shower was nice. Overall, I think this is a bit over priced for the location, but the unit is beautiful and clean.
My grandchildren and I enjoyed the two nights we stayed at Sea Glass. Easy to find, beautiful place. A little difficult reaching our hostess by phone, but no problem using text. It was beautiful and comfortable, well stocked with most of what we needed. With only 2 days we still managed to spend a fair amount of time at Schoodic Point, and exploring Winter Harbor. We loved having the store, the Pickled Wrinkle, and an ice cream stand right across the street from us so we could just grab an ice cream after a day spent exploring and climbing rocks and head "home" to play board games. With only two days I wasn't concerned with cooking, but it would have been nice to have a lobster pot since my grandson wanted to cook one. The grandkids would love to go back for a full week next time and spend more time exploring the area. Thank you so much.
