Note that we are on a reservoir so water levels will start dipping in late July due to irrigation and current drought conditions. Usually this does not hinder water recreation such as boating, fishing, swimming, etc, but if you are concerned, please contact us to check the current water levels.

Farmers by trade in NW Utah, having a cabin in Island Park had been a dream of ours for many years. After retirement we made that dream a reality and purchased land to build on in 2005. After 6 years of hard work we are now blessed to share this beautiful home with our children, grandchildren, family, and friends when we can. We've made some amazing memories here and we hope you will too!
We built this property from the ground up. Each log was chosen carefully and hand-crafted to provide the ultimate log cabin experience. Indoors you will find custom beds, tables, lamps, and woodwork that we made especially for this home! We've poured a lot of love into this cabin to make it a truly unique experience.
What a wonderful time we had at the Treehouse! We stayed there last June and our family is still talking about this cabin. It is stunning! We will not forget the memories we made while staying there.
What a wonderful property! Has everything you need for a great getaway!
Our family of seven rented out this beautiful cabin for 5 nights while we visited Yellowstone for a family vacation. The house was modern, cozy, clean and well maintained with a state of the art kitchen, grill and fire pit for the and electric fire for the colder evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, trays for all cooking, grilling and baking needs. Felt like a home away from home. The cabin was located about 45 mins from the west entrance of Yellowstone park. Make sure you pay attention to the directions given by the hosts since Google Maps has the address mapped incorrectly. The treehouse is situated on an open field and by a river. We spotted deer several times running through the fields close to the house. I would definitely recommend it to others interested in exploring this area! Thank you Curtis and Gloria for being gracious hosts.
This cabin was absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed our time here very much! It is a distance to the west entrance of Yellowstone Park, where we spent each day so be prepared if that is your destination. It took us probably 35-45 minutes each day just to reach the park gate. Also the last 10-15 minutes to reach the cabin is very dusty as it is gravel/dirt roads the last few miles, but we still enjoyed the cabin.
This was a nice semi- remote cabin near Island Park Reservoir in a well kept mountain community. The architecture and amenities were great: nice appliances, TVs, blu ray player, jetted tub, small auxiliary fridge in laundry room, horseshoe pit, and fire pit. The cabin was very spacious and easily accommodated the 9 people in our party. There was plenty of room at the large kitchen table for us to sit together as well as tableware for up to 12 people. Quick drive to the lake with beautiful scenic sunsets each night. Some items to note for this price point: refrigerators had to be turned down upon arrival, ice maker not functioning in main refrigerator, toiletries were economy grade, no cooking spices or cooking oil supplied, and knives were too dull to cut vegetables. Overall we were very satisfied and impressed with our stay at the cabin and would definitely recommend anyone here!
What an amazing cabin! The Tree house is such a beautiful place. Every inch of this property is absolutely lovely and every detail was considered. We had the opportunity to stay here while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It comfortably accommodated 11 family members. We especially appreciated not only the beauty of the property but that the cabin was fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, towels, videos and board games for the kids, and a sweet goodie bag with smores fixins' to use at the fire pit at the side of the cabin. Staying at the cabin made our visit to Yellowstone so much more memorable than having chosen a hotel. We plan on staying again during our next visit! Thanks again for letting us stay!!
We are so glad that we chose to stay at this cabin verses a hotel for our vacation to Yellowstone. The cabin is a short distance away from the park but so very worth the drive! When we arrived we were thrilled to find the cabin of the highest quality, spotless and decorated so beautifully. There is great attention to details inside and out of the cabin and we felt completely welcomed, safe and relaxed throughout the duration of our stay. Our days were packed full of activities; we toured Yellowstone National Park, climbed to the summit of Mount Washburn, explored the Lewis and Clark caverns, visited Bear World and also went horseback riding at Eagle Ridge conveniently located right down the road from the cabin. In the evenings we enjoyed walking along the water's edge or making smores over the very private campfire at the backyard of the cabin. I cannot describe the feeling of peacefulness that this place offers to it's guests. It was above and beyond our expectations and if the future allows us to visit this gorgeous part of our country again, we will most definitely request to stay here again. Curtis and Gloria, owners of the cabin, responded to all of our questions immediately and were a pleasure to deal with. We sincerely thank you for sharing your perfect cabin with vacationers such as ourselves. Warm Regards, The Cole Family from Saukville, Wisconsin
