B-301 has an excellent floor plan and is very well appointed and decorated. The view is spectacular from all three balconies!
This is a very nice condo, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was a perfect location and approx a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches! The neighborhood is great and well-kept. A perfect neighborhood for morning walks, jogs, etc. Shopping nearby with a few places to eat. And it was very well managed. We will definitely stay her next time we're at the Big Island!
This is a very nice, well maintained, older property. The listing photos and description accurately reflected the property. The owner Danny, was a gem to work with, he answered every question and concern I had prior to arrival. He also made sight-seeing recommendations that were great. I'm looking forward to a return visit and hope to convience friends to come along (but they can find their own special unit). The entire Mauna Lani resort area is just outstanding. The Foodland market, within walking distance, is great. I am a senior, and took the trip with a long time friend. We both loved the unit; each had our own bathroom I selp on pull-out in living room. We like that it was only 7 steps down.... you know how senior knee's can get! Thank you, Danny.
The Mauna Lani Resort is conveniently located just 25 minutes north of the Kona International Airport. Within the resort are several white sand beaches, two championship golf courses, 15 acres of fishpond preserve, 27 acres of historic parks, various natural swimming holes, and ancient petroglyh fields.
