About Nancy Reger
Ever since I studied the Okanagan Valley when I was in grade school, I vowed to myself that someday I would live in this paradise. So when my children moved here with my grandchildren, I got my opportunity. My husband and I found this little gem in 2003 and seized the day. We chose this 1928 house because we could envision the unique aspects and inner beauty this house had to offer with a little imagination and hard work. Sadly in the middle of renovating our house my husband passed away, but with the help of family and friends we finished the transformation we had envisioned. Being centrally located has made it easy for friends and family to drop by and we have shared many wonderful memories together in my little piece of heaven from sunny BBQ's in my large back yard to cozying up on the window seat watching the snow fall outside. With the grandkids growing up, I now want to share this lovely retreat with the world.

What makes this House unique
This summer rental is unique in its proximity to so many of Penticton's events and venues. One can be relaxing in the backyard, be drawn to the sound of a concert from Gyro Park and just pick up and go being there within two minutes dressed as you are.

A little gem hidden up among the trees!
Clean and cozy with a big backyard! The barbecue was wonderful and we were able to enjoy many delicious meals cooked on it. The front deck was spacious and comfortable.
Lovely lovely home !
Thank you Nancy for opening your home to us . Five of us stayed for three nights and we loved it ! Superb location and Nancy provided us with everything we needed. Would stay here again 100%.Thank you again !
Great Location and Very Comfortable Home
Nancy was an excellent host and when we needed help with something she went above and beyond my expectations of what would be reasonable to help us out. And I do have high expectations!
The front deck is a beautiful place to catch afternoon and evening sun and especially sunsets, the house was a good size for our family of 4 (2 small children) and the location is perfect for a walk down to the beach, the farmer's market or simply a beer at Cannery.
Lastly, there was coffee and tea for us, a full set of spices if we needed them and plenty of condiments (may have been left by previous guests, but nonetheless, available) in the fridge, so we really just had to buy essential groceries for what we wanted to eat-in for.
great location, friendly owner just what we wanted for a family gathering
All the above
Lovely house in a great location. Close to beach and restaurants
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. A really lovely house. We loved the large patio and the daily visits from the deer in the back garden. The beach is just a few blocks away. I would definitely recommend this rental!
I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Guests like you are a pleasure.
Thank you for choosing my place.
Lovely home, close to everything but quiet and secluded!
Really enjoyed staying here! All the comforts of home, inside and outside. Hard to believe it's so close to the lake and downtown because it is so quiet here. And, yes, the deer visit the backyard daily!
We saw a doe and her fawn. Definitely would stay here again.
I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome to return anytime.
