Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, glass top stove, and stainless steel refrigerator. A full size pantry will accommodate lots of groceries.
There is ceramic flooring in the kitchen and bathroom & hardwood in the bedroom and living room. Condo has central air, heat, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Couch is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The living room opens into a large screened in balcony with a bistro set & table and chairs. Wi-fi internet in the condo is also included. The clubhouse has a large kitchen with an outside barbeque area, 2 heated pools, outdoor showers, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. There are 3 laundry facilities that have 6 commercial washers & dryers. There is a fence that surrounds the 1/2 mile perimeter of the community with bench seating along the way...nice for an early morning or evening walk.
2nd floor condo with front and back lanai. There is 24 hour electronic security on premises.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a key in a lockbox that I will provide the combination for. Please put the key back in the lockbox when you leave. A second key for the condo, clubhouse access card (plain white card), and a rechargeable laundry card will be in a basket next to the front door. Laundry card can be recharged in the clubhouse.
At least one member of the party must be 55 or older.
There is a minimum stay of 28 days required by the condo association.
A rental agreement will be created for you.
Register at the office in the clubhouse for a car pass.
There is assigned parking.
No children under 15 are allowed.
No smoking inside the condo.

This was our first time to spent 3 months in florida and this was the right place to do it. Scott the owner if fabulous to work with and you'll find all the snowbirds are very friendly. There are parties at the club house, cards, bingo, yoga just to name a few of their activities. Great walking either around the complex, 3/4 of a mile, or to the park close by or several other options all is great. Nothing bad to say about our first year can't wait for next year.
This rental was perfect for our 2 month vacation. The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed.
Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He checked in to see how everything was going and promptly answered any questions that we had.
The complex was very quiet and offered a variety of activities for it's guests. The location was convenient to the beaches, park, shopping, restaurants and golf!

Scott has a nicely decorated condo with all of the amenities of home. Very convenient location to all interstates. He makes you feel at home with a basket of items containing some things you may have forgotten. He even leaves a bottle of wine for you. We enjoyed this on the nice screened in porch. He is a great landlord and attends to all concerns.
The beaches are only a ten minute drive from the condo. Check out the beaches of Treasure Island, Madeira, Indian Rocks, Reddington Shores, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg (visitstpeteclearwater.com). The scenic harbors of John's Pass and Boardwalk (johnspass.com) are known as the fishing capital of Pinellas Coast. The waterfront offers hundreds of restaurants and shops to check out.
Busch Gardens is only a 45 minutes drive. Disney World and Universal studios in Orlando is a 1.5 hour drive. Tampa is also home to Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Leagues Field, and Ice Palace. Seminole Park is one mile, and great for walking, biking, roller blading, fishing, picnics, and it has a public boat ramp. You will find places to go sailing, jet skiing, para sailing, cruises, and art museums (I highly recommend the Salvador Dali museum in St. Petersburg).
As for shopping, check out the Seminole Mall, Tyrone Square Mall, Largo Mall, Clearwater Mall, Countryside Mall, Parkside Mall, The Pier, Bay Walk, and the Wagon Wheel Flea Market.
Within 2 miles from the condo you will find: Dunkin Donuts, 7 Eleven, Mc Donald's, Big Lots, Save-A-Lot, Perkins, Subway, Hertz Rentals, Winn Dixie Supermarket, CVS, Fortunato's Pizza, Pizza Hut, Long John Silvers, Publix Supermarket, Applebee's, Panera Bread, and Moe's Southwest Grill.
