Exterior, quiet, intimate and homely apartment for a pleasant, relaxing stay. Transformed (November 2015) with the best materials and exquisite taste.

It has a capacity for 6 people with a bedroom with the possibility of putting two twin beds or one double bed and two sofa beds in the living room, one of 1.50 m and another of 1.20 m, with the particularity of a descent electric panel from the ceiling to divide both sofas to sleep and give more privacy to stay.

Large en-suite bathroom with dressing room, double bed with a large window, providing great light and making the apartment bright, with modern and elegant decor.

The apartment has two bathrooms with spacious showers, finishes of the highest quality and very practical equipped with electric towel rails.

Wonderful top-range kitchen integrated in the lounge, with a bar, equipped with the best appliances, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and a modern hood, a real wonder to fully enjoy the stay.

The apartment has air conditioning and Internet connection.

The Chamartin district is one of the best neighborhoods of Madrid. The quiet and residential character of the area, together with the busy area of the Bernabeu and the architecture of its houses and streets, possible to accommodate very good neighborhood shops, markets and upscale restaurants.

Very close to Plaza de Cuzco and Paseo de la Castellana and close to the quick access to the highway M-30, the main artery of communication of the Capital.

El horario de entrada ser desde las 15h a las 21h. A partir de las 21h se cobrar un suplemento de 30, que se abonar a la llegada a la entrega de las llaves. Entrar antes de las 15h puede conllevar un suplemento

El horario de salida ser antes de las 11h, si deseas abandonar el apartamento ms tarde debers solicitarlo con antelacin y en base a la disponibilidad estaremos encantados de ayudarte. Puede conllevar un suplemento

Recuerda que el apartamento debe ser devuelto en las mismas condiciones de orden y limpieza que a tu llegada

Ruego que saques la basura todos los das, con especial cuidado en los meses de verano

Es importante respetar el nmero de personas que ocuparn el apartamento, cuyo nmero nunca debe de sobrepasar el estipulado en la reserva. En caso contrario se pedir al cliente el desalojo inmediato del apartamento sin compensacin econmica

Por favor sed amables con el descanso de los vecinos, en el supuesto de que se generen molestias por el ruido o por msica elevada, solicitaremos amablemente el cese de los disturbios. Si hubiese un segundo aviso estaremos autorizados a pedirle al cliente y a sus acompaantes la salida inmediata del apartamento, sin que el cliente tenga derecho a la devolucin del dinero de la estancia ya pagado ni a la fianza. En caso de que estas molestias generen alguna multa por parte de la polica, ser cargada a la cuenta el cliente

No se admiten mascotas (sin consentimiento, extra de 60), ni se puede fumar

Por favor ten cuidado con las maletas, para no rozar las paredes, todo es nuevo

Asegrate siempre de cerrar el apartamento y no te olvides de las llaves

La prdida o el olvido de las mismas dentro del apartamento y tener que desplazarnos para abriros, supondr un suplemento adicional de 50. Si se precisa cerrajero, se abonar el importe del mismo

Apaga las luces y el aire acondicionado antes de salir del apartamento, esto ayudar a ahorrar energa y proteger el medio ambiente

Tambin debe hacerse un uso respetuoso con las toallas y lencera de cama que se ofrecen gratuitamente. Si se realiza un uso incompatible con su conservacin y futuro uso (por ejemplo, desmaquillarse con las toallas; o llenar las sbanas de zumo de tomate) el usuario pagar las sbanas o las toallas inutilizadas

Prohibido realizar fotografas en los apartamentos para beneficio de terceros, sin autorizacin explcita de la propiedad

The Schedule to Check In is from 15h to 21h. From 21h a 30 fee will be paid. This fee should be paid at the Check In, upon arrival. Enter before 15h, may incur additional charges

The Check Out time is before 11h, if you want to leave the apartment later must be requested in advance and based on availability, I will be happy to help you. It may incur additional charges

Remember that the apartment must be returned in the same conditions of order and cleanliness upon arrival

I beg that out the trash every day, with special care in the summer months

It is important to respect the number of people who will occupy the apartment, whose number should never exceed stipulated in the booking. Otherwise the customer will be asked to immediately vacate the apartment without compensation

Please be kind to the rest of the neighbours, in the event that discomfort generated by noise or loud music, kindly ask cessation of it. If there is a second notice we are entitled to ask the client and his companions exit the apartment immediately, without the customer is entitled to the refund of the stay already paid or bail. Should these annoyances generate some fine by the police, you will be charged to the customer account

No pets (without consent, extra fee 60), no smoking allowed

Please be careful with luggage, not to damage the walls, everything is new

Always be sure to close the apartment and do not forget the keys

Loss or forgetfulness of them inside the apartment and having to move to open yourselves, will incur an additional charge of 50 . If locksmith is required, the amount thereof shall be paid

Turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment, this will help save energy and protect the environment

Should also be respectful use with towels and bed linen, free provided. If an incompatible use with conservation and future use is made (ex. get out makeup with towels, or sheets filled with tomato juice), youll pay sheets or towels unutilized
