About this property

Sleep in a Lodge overlooking the White River. Enjoy the boat dock and tennis courts. This is a fully renovated 3 story Lodge and #2 is the private middle unit that is 1500sq ft. Great for families. You can also rent # 1 or # 3. All are private levels of Newlands Lodge. Some large families or fishing groups rent them all. This unit has a kitchen, laundry area, his and hers bathroom, and a 180 degree vie of the river from all the massive window. This historic Lodge has been brought back to life. The Lodge sits between Gaston's and the White River State Park and is a popular place for catching large brown trout.

I am a resident of Arkansas and I love to fish and spend time outdoors with my wife and daughter. I love offering hospitality and a unique place to stay for guests on the White River

Why they chose this property

Because of the Location to the State Park. My family has stayed at the State Park for more than 20 years and I love this area. Also the Neighborhood offers a lot including the boat dock, the boat ramp, and the clay tennis court.

What makes this property unique

There is no property on the River as unique as the perfectly designed wood Lodge. If you have small or large groups you can make this place work for your group. Rent 1,2,3 or all 3 levels for a large group. Each level has its own private entrance, kitchen, porch, bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc... Also this is a famous location for monster brown trout and rainbow trout.
