Getting Around

Open your door, cross street, take bike. Or take a seat and wait for the Key West Trolley. Sunset Sail, Sebago, Furry, Glassbottom Boat, Old Harbor and nearly everything is in 2-4 block neighborhood. It is the Paradise and at the Green House you are in the middle of it ;-)

Other Things to Note

I will do the same for my guests what I would do for myself, that means deals. My friends and their local businesses will help me with the discounts you can't get anywhere else. And whatever you get is probably the best option that I carefully selected to make sure you cannot beat me in finding a better one.

Great property, great location

Stayed with 6 adults comfortably. A great wrap around deck got plenty of use. No issues with neighbors and the landlord was flezible and easy to work with. We will be back!

We really loved the location and the hose was great too.

I would say we only had 2 things to complain about, the 2 lower bedrooms have no closet or place to put clothes and the parking spot was too small to get our van into. With that said our van was big, a normal sized car would fit. I would definitely stay there again with no hesitation, you just have to be creative where to put your clothes.

Awesome location

The house is super close to Duval! I went down with a group of friends for a bachelor party and the house was perfect for us. It's not a super modern place but who spends all day in the house in Keywest.

Very disappointed !!!!

This was a must needed vacation for 4 women that were celebrating there 50th birthdays. The home is right around the corner from Duvall street and a 5 minute walk to everything. This is the ONLY positive thing about this home.

Cons:

The front porch and upstairs porch have split boards, do not look safe and debris all over. You can not seat out there. Upstairs porch has broken chair on it.

No TV available our whole stay. Internet was not working for the 1st day and 1/2

We emailed and called the contact( info from this site) several times the first day and no response. We did this again on the second day and no response. We came home on the second night to find the back door open and the owner upstairs,. We received no communication that he was coming to fix the TV. and the internet. This was extremely scary for 4 women to walk into. There was a mattress against the wall in the living room when we got there. We asked for it to be removed.

Not enough towels supplied for the entire stay for 4 people.

The owner came back on the third day to fix the TV. He replaced the Apple TV with TIVO. He left no instructions. We called and emailed that we could not get it to work and no response. It rained one day and the next we were infested with ants in the downstairs bathroom. I emailed about this as well.

After all of these issues, I emailed the owner that I think I should receive some type of refund for all the inconveniences, his response was I thought that was left in the refrig would make up for it (bottle of wine - which we told him we drink beer) and I could leave if I wanted to.

We were only going to be there for 2 more nights so we just stayed.

We did not let this place or his lack of service and professionalism take aware from our terrific time in Key West. It would have been a lot better if we didn't have to deal with these issues.

The owner and management have a lot to learn about accommodations for visitors.

Location, location, location....Can't be beat!!!

I loved this house and the location is phenomenal. Literally walked to everything in Key West. The house is big and comfy. 2nd story master suite is gigantic. The rooms downstair are small but still comfy and for sleeping purposes worked fine. Although, a small dressor would have been nice since there no closets in those rooms. Overall had very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

Location Location Location!

The home is not 4500 square feet as advertised. This is a newly

renovated vacation rental. It is very clean and very well located. You

could not ask for a better location for all of the attractions in Key

West.

Pros: GREAT location, house was very clean, nice decor, large king bedroom

upstairs, large front porch, each room has its own air conditioning unit.

Cons: Apple TV (Wi-Fi was down most of the time, and we could never get a

program to come on without using a pass code to which we were never given.

Of course, you could watch shows, movies for a fee.), the two bedrooms

downstairs are very small and have no closets and there is no dishwasher.

The cons did not prevent us from having a wonderful stay. The owner still

has some items to take care of (no hardware on windows upstairs, jacuzzi on

front porch is filled with dirt, etc.)
