Notes:
Guests of the Fairway Villas will enjoy free access of the recreation center with an infinity edged swimming pool and elevated hot tub overlooking the beautiful fairways views. There is a fully-equipped exercise room for the fitness buff. The poolside dining area has gas barbecues that are perfect for entertaining. Outside of the complex you are only a short walk away from many resort amenities including Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay), the Kings’ Shops, the Queen’s Market Place, the Hilton Waikoloa, and the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. Guests also have access to play on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course & the Kings’ Course for a reduced rate. The Fairway Villas is also conveniently located close to a full service grocery store, gas station, food court and numerous shops & restaurants.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We selected this property for it's bedroom count and convenient location. The bedrooms were very comfortable for 1 couple, 2 young kids, and a grandpa who needed single level accessibility. He was able to use the downstairs bed/bath safely.

The home was very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. The unit was well stocked with all the necessities including beach towels and a few beach supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware but had no basic provisions as some properties do. Bring your own salt & pepper.

The unit is conveniently located very close to shopping, restaurants, and the BEACH which is a perfect beach for young kids.

Note that parking for this unit is in a single car garage which is a bit tricky for a larger vehicle. There is very limited guest parking at this facility. We had a ford explorer which required all passengers to exit the vehicle prior to parking in the garage. It was very tight.

The unit next door was undergoing some remodeling construction during business hours which was a bit noisy if outside on the patio during the day but I imagine this is a short term issue.

All in all, a very comfortable unit and I would recommend it.

Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Clean, spacious and modern. Close to shopping and beach. My kids loved having the pool during the day and roaming the huge golf course at night. Highly recommend!
