Newly furnished, 4th floor condo with elevator, under bldg parking space in gated community. Amenities include large swimming pool, clubhouse with a library, fitness center, game room. Large bar-b-q area by the pool next to great hot tub!

Master suite with separate slider to lanai has king bed, a 32" TV, 2 closets, separate room for shower and double vanity and another room for tub/ toilet. Guest bedroom has queen bed and large closet. 3rd bedroom has desk, queen sofa sleeper and large closet. Second bath has a tiled shower.

Kitchen has granite counter-tops. Stainless steel appliances and air-conditioner replaced fall of 2017. Washer and dryer in closet. Dining room has 54" round glass table with six chairs. Great room is 20x20 with a brand new 50" TV (2016)

We have vacationed in this area for about 8 years. After owning 2 homes in N. Ft Myers, we decided that Punta Gorda has the year-round vacation atmosphere we wanted. We both retired from 30 years of teaching in Toledo, Ohio and live in Michigan just across the Ohio state line. We plan on splitting time now between Michigan and Florida. But want to share this great area with others when we are not there.

Why David Brewer chose Florida South Central Gulf Coast

After selling our other Florida property several years ago we decided to rent for a few years. The vacation like setting of Punta Gorda is what we had been looking for. And condo living was the way to go as it makes coming and going easy.

After looking at many condo properties this last spring we saw Fountain Court. It was the nicest set-up with a courtyard beautifully landscaped centered in each of the four buildings. The development has benches and tables and chairs in the courtyards as well as on the grounds. It's a great neighborhood for walking or biking to shopping, sightseeing, trips to the parks and of course Fisherman's Village.

What makes this condo unique

As soon as we looked out of our fourth floor lanai it reminded us of Hawaii with all the palm trees, ponds, fountains, swimming pool and great sunrises and sunsets from this great lanai with it's southern exposure.

Minutes from Fisherman's Village with numerous shops, restaurants, marina, boat excursions and water views from the restaurants. Ponce de Leon Park with Wild animal refuge. Gilchrist Park is a walk away with music groups performing two evenings a week. Great place to stay for the spectacular sunsets.
