Beautiful & modern home, on a quiet historic street at the center of all Charlottetown has to offer!

Warren Buffet says, don't just satisfy your customers, DELIGHT them. We were absolutely delighted, indeed, and cannot say enough great things about this wonderful downtown house. It took our vacation to a whole new level of fantastic. The absolute BEST!

Four of us spent 4 lovely nights there last week and loved every minute. We came from Nova Scotia, were celebrating a special birthday and were excited to get away. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It was sparkling and clean. It was well equipped. We enjoyed the special touches around every corner. The kitchen had everything including a keurig, the wifi was perfect and the beds were so comfortable. There was lots of area to lounge too. As seniors, we enjoyed having a bathroom on each floor and the convenience of a washer/dryer.

The added bonus was our gracious hosts. Kathy & Bobby, were just so kind. They went above and beyond with everything. They were flexible with our check-in, had run around and purchased flowers, chocolates and cookies with a card (as per our daughter's special request) for our arrival. We liked having a keyless entry. They also met us and gave us a full tour of the property, took photos and sent them to our daughter, and surprised us with a special birthday gift the day before we left. Our damage deposit was immrediately refunded on our exit day. We all said we were treated like royalty.

Beyond the house, there was much to see and do. We could walk everywhere with ease. It was such fun. The Old Triangle pub had a great Ceilidh on Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed the Farmer's Markeet, had the Fall Festival dinner at Mavor's at the Confederation Centre, loved the final night of the musical Les Belle Soeurs, went to the Guild theater to see the fabulous Anne & Gilbert musical, shopped and strolled. Arts and culture are alive and thriving on the island. There is something for everyone. We even got to the Casino for a delicous meal and the movie theatre for Bridget Jone's Baby.

Thank you so much for making our trip to PEI such an incredible experience. We plan to make this an annual trek. HIGHLY recommended!

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

Loved this home! We had ALL the comforts of home in a quaint neiighborhood but only a short 15 minute walk to downtown shops & restaurants. Bobby & Kathy couldn't have been more accommodating although I didn't have any problems or wants for anything not already in this lovely home. Would definitely return!

This home is beautiful and clean!

This home is just like they advertise!! Having a beautiful spot to relax after a day of sightseeing was great. This was our first time to PEI and we look forward to visiting again. We came to Charlottetown to move out son into residence at Holland College and have a family vacation.

Thank you Bobby and Kathy

Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

Great alternative rather than a hotel. This house was just right for us, it was clean and close to amenities. Everything the listing states. The owners were great to deal with. Our flight arrived around midnight and the owners made check in a breeze, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

A great location in a Charlottetown neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

A very family friendly location within easy walking distance of a small park and the extensive Confederation Trail. It is also a quick bike ride or slightly longer walk into downtown Charlottetown with many places of interest. The property is very user-friendly, and the Sheppards were very welcoming and flexible hosts who provided help as needed.

Fantastic property and wonderful owners!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I were traveling with our two young daughters, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is delightfully appointed, and Bobby and Kathy were incredibly accommodating in supplying everything from beach equipment to baby accessories (stroller, pack & play, etc.). It is an easy 15 minute walk down University Ave. to the downtown shopping/restaurant area, and ~20 minutes to walk to Victoria Park. We cooked a number of our own meals and made great use of the grill and back deck. We were even able to enjoy the Canada Day fireworks from the yard, as our girls were not quite up for a 10:00pm display. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation; this was our first visit to PEI, and we cannot wait to go back!
