We chose this house for a few main reasons: its proximity to NYC, that fact that it has its own private beach, beautiful heated pool built into the deck and open layout. We have a large family and this home can sleep 12 people easily.

The pictures of this property online don't do the view justice. A spacious open floor plan lends well to group gatherings. Minutes away from grocery stores and liquor stores the home is also centrally located within the Hamptons roughly 20 minutes away from the East Hampton Village or the Tangers outlets.
House was a great set up for us - we had 3 couples so each couple had our own bathroom which was nice. Care taker and owner were helpful with suggestions about the area since none of us had been there. Property was in great condition.
A terrific place to stay and great location. Garin made sure every need was taken care of. We will definitely return next year.
A newly decorated, large holiday home with all facilities and warm heated poll. Excellent for family get-togethers or other group holidays. The owner and caretaker couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with requests. The house is newly on the rental market and the owner asked us to suggest what extra items might be helpful for future guests - and then bought and delivered the items straight away. The house is well maintained and within walking distance of Rumba restaurant.
Property is located 25 minutes drive from the famous North Fork winery region. In addition, the town of Southampton offers superb dining.
But best of all, being on the western border of Shinnecock Hills means that you are only a 90 minute drive from Manhattan.
